@MrBaphomet666 I meant that police officers can do what ever they want but must obey the law and enfore constantly. What would you prefer, no police at all, so we're likely to have crimes constantly, or we have police officers, who can stop crimes.

@MrBaphomet666 It doesn't matter if it's the slightest infraction, you broke the law then you should go to jail. If you don't want to go to jail, it's simple, don't commit a crime. The only reason you can get arrested if for breaking the law.
If we had random citizens as police officers, then every citizens would obey different things than others, and there, a full scale riot. Whereas, all police officers need to do the same thing, and that is obey the law and enforce it.
