Holy shit this was horrible. Action was in the wrong key, u were at to slow of a tempo, Arab's voice changed three times and Baby John sounded gay rather than like a female. My school just performed this show the past three nights, our choreographer was in the Broadway version of this show and had her previous boss come down and said that he would rather pay to see our performance then the Broadway one... the only thing that was close in this scene was the dialogue with krupke.
I think the performance of this musical is on of the best I´ve ever seen. Compare it to the others presented in Youtube and you will see what I mean. The guys are doing a great job.
Gee Officer Krupke works better when it's done before Riff dies. It really doesn't make any sense to sing a funny song after their leader just died. And your Action has a ridiculous singing voice.
Contract probably says that you cant have riff doing the officer krupke song. The contracts usually say you can't do stuff like in the movie. Like America is done with no guys.
and the reason that it was written like this is to get the audience is spirits up and not be drowned by the maria and tony love story. Thats why the movie was boring as fuck.

Only problem i see/hear is the trumpets in the pit. Their playing way too loud and on the wrong note

And why did Officer Krupke get hit with the newspaper near the end of the song? Your choreographer needs to do a way better job.
