You got the studdering problem just like the rest of America. It sucks SO BAD!!! Mine studders none stop and the game is just unplayable. Wonder if anyone will figure out how to fix it. Atleast yours isn't that noticible. I just picked up on it watching Dom talk and the screen kinda get stuck behind.
@errantfalcon Bueno te cuento, yo a la mia le tengo conectada un monitor mas grande, un teclado, un mouse, una tabla digitalizadora y unos audifonos. Y hasta ahora no me a puesto problemas para nada, apesar de que comence usandola para jugar actualmente la tengo para diseño y modelado de personajes en 3D que como sabras necesitas una buena maquina para trabajar en ese tipo de cosas y me va fantasticamente con mi M11x. Si quieres checate mis videos y miras los que son sobre personajes 3D mios.

@errantfalcon Bueno amigo, yo en la mia cuando voy a jugar o a utilizar software 3D le activo la tarjeta grafica presionando las teclas Fn + F6 y mientras no la mantengo desactivada. Debe ser que el no sabe usarla.

@EndmostMist64 De nada amigo, te cuento que estos momentos ando terminandome de pasar dragon age 2, aunque el primero fue mucho mejor, y esperando terminar de pasarme dead space para poder empezar el 2 jejeje, aunque no juego con tanta intensidad ya solo de a ratos porque me dedico mas ahora a usar software 3d en mi alienware jejejeje. is it good for gaming?
i bought a toshiba satellite with the i7 processor 4 gigs of ram and it has a nvidia gforce 310m graphics card and the lady at best buy said it would run all the new games but it doesnt.
im a console gamer switching over. any help would be appreciated
@tideger yeah just a tip... try to look for the one that doesnt have the optimus technology feature... why? try to google it... if i were to buy one ill choose one with ATI RADEON
@oMaGiicX1 word of advice, to a new pc gamer, coming from consoles, you are taught that gaming pc's have to be batshit expensive, but they don't, you can build a great pc that can run all games for only 500 or 800 dollars. Don't buy alienware computers, they are way overpriced for what they offer.
@oMaGiicX1 get the m11x with i7 and the lowest amount of ram possible, you need a faster processor more than ram, the other reason i say this is that the ram can be cheaply upgraded on your own rather than through dell, you will pay only 50 bucks to buy 8 gigs of ram if you dont buy it from dell. The other thing is that the video card is better than the processor, so the best processor will give you the best gaming experience. You can play any game on m11x with the i7 that i guarantee
I've had an alienware m11x r2 with 8 gigs ram, nvidia gt 335m, and i5 1.07 processor overclocked to max 1.7 for about two months and yeah, it can play anything today. I played crysis 1 and crysis 2 native resolution at about 25-30 frames per second, very respectable and those are THE high end games today. It's super duper fast, and I got it on sale at dell for 700 bones. Can't beat that.
The problem with that toshiba satellite is the graphics card, it's simply not as powerful.

@moraeduardo pues te comento que le puse todo lo mas alto que tenia el juego y sale bien...asi que no se que sera...y ten en cuenta que el programa con el que se graba el video le baja velocidad al juego...asi que normalmente sin grabar sale mas fluido.
@j0o0dg naaa we, que te crees que era el driver de video. El que trae de fabrica no trabaja correctamente y el gears lo estaba corriendo con la tarjeta intel integrada. Una vez que actualice el driver de la tarjeta dedicada, los juegos ya corren igualito que en el video. Gracias por la ayuda de todas formas.
