i seen a lot of good reviews of that gun plus it comes from the manufacturer that made the 1911 legendary if you get a chance to get a 40s remington rand get it (most of the time they are cheaper then the highly overrated kimbers) my grandfather had one it's almost as reliable as a glock we shoot 300 rounds from it with no binding at all (ran out of ammo to give it a good test hehe)

That really is a tight gun. No "Clickety clack" whenever you shake it from side to side.

got the chamber polished for free at the gun shop...

now the slide wont go fully forward once in every 30 shots...

it likes about a quarter of an inch.

Does it accept the more modern 8 round magazines? Or the 10 rounders that stick out the bottom? I'm not 100% sure those 10 rounders are for 1911s but I've heard Wilson Combat makes them.

Can that gun be disassembled without tools?
