Al you've got to start running that commercial. His lame bowling ad's are what stick's out most to me about his campaign thus far and that is a great answer to it and just a really good ad all around... and its not that dirty of an ad.
Norm Coleman brought hockey back--singlehandedly? Someone's got to explain that to me. The fault in the Coleman commercial is that it gives way too much credit to one guy. It's like saying Al Gore invented the internet--which, by the way, he never said and never claimed, although he had quite a lot of to do with the legislation that brought the internet into the public domain.
Sure wish the Coleman people would come out with at least one thoughtful commercial.
Thanks Al for calling out Norm's attempt at pandering for an easy vote. News Flash to Norm Coleman --- Hockey fans care about real issues too. If T-Paw is tapped as McCain's running mate, I doubt if he'll tout "we kept the Twins in Minnesota". Sheesh Normie.
I'll never understand why people vote for Normie. Besides, with the Dems more in vouge, and his inability to run as Bush's lap dog, isn't it time for Normie to change his political affiliation again? Such a fair weather politician.
Coleman sounds like too many politicians. I brought back hockey, but pay no attention to all the bad bs I pulled. I'm sick and tired of public funds paying for Arenas while these teams rake in money.
This ad shows the lack of creativity and the reactionist nature of the Franken camp. Nothing innovative from Al other than his lame "Senators can't be lobbyists" ad (would really help him build consensus with his peers if he won a seat). Norm is smart to play to his likeability vs. Al's bristliness. Al is a great guy who has accomplished a lot more as mayor and Senator than the Mark Daytons of the dems from Minnesota. By the way, we should check Al in the corner for taking shots at Minn. hockey!
You were a Democrat when you started the process to get the Wild (thanks, by the way), with a Democratic city council, Democratic state legislature and Arne Carlson as Governor.
Oh, and thanks for the sweet deal you gave David Frauenschuh that we're still paying for. Nice, leaving St Paul with the tab.
What? You have no idea what you're talking about. Wrote tons of porn? What's your definition of porn, books that bring out the truth about the Conservative movement in this country?
a) his tax decisions were misinformed - his accountant made a mistake. And, frankly, until you have to start paying taxes in over 10 different states, don't go throwing stones.
b) Pornography? what are you even talking about? he wrote satire, not pronography. You should get your facts straight before you open your mouth in a public forum like this.

Run this as a TV ad! Please! As far as combating that horrid Coleman ad, this one is way more effective than "No Joke".

Good old Al! Cheated on his taxes; wrote tons of pornography; and he ain't funny.

Al wrote porn? Really? I've read most of his books, and none of it is porn.
BUT -- if you're a republican with a reading level of a third grader, you might get confused with his work.
