Since the brain creature obviously has the ability to move/control objects telekinetically, why didn't it use this ability to tie up Wonder Woman with her own golden lasso? Then the creature could had taken over Wonder Woman's body;bound with her own golden lasso, Wonder Woman would had been helpless since even she cannot break the golden lasso despite her Amazon strength.
It would have been a better storyline if the male victim was used as bait to lure & capture WW instead during the rescue attempt. Gault could have easily have stripped WW of her belt & lasso and sent it flying into the hands of one his men, and before WW could react, two more of his men could have held her while the 3rd man tied her up with her own lasso and forced her into a tube like container which connected her & Gault to a body swapping machine allowing him to possess her body and powers.
It would had been a great scene if the brain creature had used its telekinetic abilities to remove Wonder Woman's magic belt when she entered the room. The horrified look on Wonder Woman's face as her magic belt went flying into the hands of one of Gault's men and she lost her Amazon powers would had been priceless. Once her magic belt was removed, it would had been easy for two more of Gault's men to strap Wonder Woman to the operating table so that Gault's brain could go into her body.
That would have been the perfect setup, once Gault stripped WW of her belt & lasso and making her powerless. His men could of easily grab a hold of her and strapped her down to an operating table and placed a special helmet device on her which connected her and Gault to a large body swapping machine. Gault would then have been able to possess WW's body and combine both her Amazon powers and his telekinetic abilities and leaving WW's soul helplessly trapped inside the old grotesque form of Gault.
In this episode why did'nt the brain creature try to take over Wonder Woman's body? It may have been a better option than the young guy he was going after since she's more powerful.
