This aint no history class at all! First of all let me say that the slave trade is a dark page in human history. But dont forget it were African kings and tribes men that sold there own people to the white Europeans. Unlike you see in this video where you see white men attacking them from the bushes. It is not only a wrong fact it is offending aswell. slavery was common to all people of all rases in all the world at that time.

But like I said in my last comment it is wrong to think that whites came to africa and abducted thousands of people without the help of local kings and tribes men. In many paintings from the Duch golden ages you can see slaves trades. In these paintings african kings selling there 'own' country men of rival tribes to the Europeans.

European slaves were at least allowed to keep their humanity. The African Slave trade made Black skin a stigma and the lynched Black man a symbol of White power. The mental aspects of the African Slave trade still haunt the Diaspora today, Imagine having your history completely erased...
