We've been hearing all sorts of crap about our NHS being used in the US as conservative propaganda. They've claimed that we have "death panels" to decide when someone becomes too expensive, which is absolutely not true. Everyone gets healthcare, regardless of who they are or how much it costs the taxpayer.
I loved how one of their lies was to say that if Steven Hawking was British, he'd be dead by now...even though he IS British and was looked after by our NHS.
