Can't believe how "off" the parallax sidewheel is

At 6x mag I had to set the parallax at 40 yards to focus on a target at 100.

What a pile of shit this scope is.

you do realise that your paralax needs to be zeroed to range by removing and replacing the cap so the number matches with actual range....there are few scopes in existence that come pre zeroed paralax from factory. If you knew fuck all about shooting you would know this. Clearly you're an idiot.

Can I use it on my Ruger Ranch 222r (not 223r this one), I had troubles with the breech recoil and my hawke Sport HD 3-9X40 which is interesting to learn the use of mil dot system .

I bought this scope in 6-24x56mm with the SR12 reticle. I put it on my Savage Model 111 7mm Rem Mag and couldn;t be happier. The scope is all I could ever want in a scope and the free program is unbelievable and very useful. Thanks Hawke Optics
