Actually, St. Bart's is just a church and not a cathedral. I have been in cathedrals that are not nearly as impressive.

Although St. Bart's is an impressive, monumental, and beautiful church, it is not a cathedral. The cathedral of the (Episcopal) Diocese of New York is St. John the Divine, a huge edifice located just south of Columbia University.
