ive played the 360 for the past 1 month and have 1000 achievements, etc but never seen a player tip his hat at the crowd or the guys flipping the k sign.. hmm
he flips his hat when your picture has a good game and you sub in someone else from the bullpen... what is shown is just camera editing to make it look like the K signs have an impact
hey i finally got that cutscene (after months).... i realized youre right, a player has to "come back" either hit a bunch of homers to catchup or pitch a good game...I was down 11-9 and i hit 3 homers and caught up and won it and barry bonds (joe young) tipped his hat!!!! still have not scene the K scene yet tho..
