Very good trick. Making executioners make a block right where you are always make you fall and get transported out of the bounds of the level. When you're out of bounds 2 things can happen: 1) get a lot of points 2) pass the level immediately. In this case it happened both.
It is very hard to come to level 11-1 with not cheat and die before. I hate the blue figure with same tool at Dana and the green, red and orange slime-balls. NES-version of the last level are more simple that this version to MAME.
Love the times up music. It makes you so stressed, I can't handle it. I would just run turn the game off, It's so scary I love it. I can never beat that game, keh XD
