the verses are are Am C, Am C, Am C, F C and you hold over the C to the chorus, which is just C Em, C Em, and then back to C for "mooooon". there might be another chord between the Em and final C, but it's subtle and I'm not sure what that is. he doesn't seem to play it in this key (Am) but I do, as it fits my vocal range better. also, capo 2nd fret. you'll have to mess around with the finger picking to get a sense of what's right.
