not bad, but i can deffinatley tell your an old rocker, dont even need the video to tell me that, sounds like a nice bass lick and a cheap 80s style guitar, no offense, its still good, just stereotypical 80s rock, but noice
can someone plzzzzzzz help me......im trying to find drum beats like a real sounding drum set and it just needs to be drums nothing else. i cant find anything like that..its either all computer sounding and i dont want that ....PLZZZ HELP
I really enjoyed that. Great job. Check out my tube channel in about a month for an original instrumental I have been writing on for a while. You rock man!
I am considering buying a multieffects pedal wih a built in drum machine. I am split between the Digitech GNX4 and the Zoom HD8cd. Could you make a recommendation on which way to go? As well, can you please tell me how good the effects are in the Zoom HD8? Will the hardware interface with MS Vista? I would very much appreciate it if you or, anyone else could enlighten me in this matter.
Both those items together would be a great combo. The effects in the HD8 are okay but not easy to use or nearly as cool as the GNX4. The HD8 is a great recorder and was easy for me to learn as I've used simular products. I get alot of questions from people who struggle with using it. It does have a USB port to copy your music in Windows. GNX is better for sound HD8 is best for recording, I would start with the GNX but whatever is more important to you.
If you've used older multi trackers before you should find this to be a giant step forward and very easy to use. If this is your first multi tracker it may take you awhile to get the hang of it. Use the table of contents in the manual to quickly find what you need. If you get stuck, I may be able to help.
Not sure exactly what your asking. But I'd say practice practice practice. Eventually you'll play something cool even by accident. Thats why they say "Keep Rockin"
I've never recorded on a computer so I can't compare. It was the best choice for me as I've used multitrackers since before computers were a houshold item.
The drums on most of my videos are from the built in drum machine of my HD16 recorder. I program the differnet beats and add fills manually on the drum pads you see flashing. Drums on my Blue D vid were played on my Ion electric drum set. Thanks for the sub!
tried givin a thumbs up on eagle 2233 comment but accidently put down. ne ways awesome man ive been waiting for some hd8 videos. those things are so fun to just jam all day
Thanks, I had to return my HD8 soon after getting it as it lost audio output. I upgraded to the HD16. I love it and it so easy to use compared to older recorders.
thats kool kinda wish i got the hd16 instead but the hd8 is still awesome.by the way do you know how to record the drums to switch patterns or how to record the drum machine while playing by hand.read the manual but i keep doing it wrong. thanx
Too hard to explain here. I'll try to post a tutorial vid when I can. Menwhile don't be afraid to experiment and follow the steps of the manual carefully.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Your advice was invaluable and much appreciated. Since I am on a budget, I will
start with one and then get the other down the road.
