I'm working on my fully converted ork army, every model is converted at least a little bit. They're deathskulls, so there's an absolutely massive looters theme going on. My battle wagon is gonna be awesome, I've only just started it but so far I've included two rhinos in the making of it, I'm definetly gonna find a nice big gun for the boomgun and I'm gonna have loads of different bits from different armies on it to reall give off that "We loot everything off anyone and anything" feel.
