The three zombies ARE chomping on her head when you show up (in the Xbox version, they dont notice you until you run directly at them; which triggers the squirell to run). But she kind of takes a header off the bridge, if she was just running she'd trip right? Not willingly jump.

she most likely couldnt see straight since her brain had been chomped on and she lost some senses and couldnt tell there was a gap beneath her when she ran away, which explains why she runs off into the gap.
thats pretty elaborate. however, it is possible that maybe she knew she was infected with the virus because of her brain being chewed on, therefore she felt the only escape was suicide :)

At the first I´ve played Conker I didn´t notice the squirrel. But then I´ve seen the poor female squirrel, running away from the Zombies. I´ve tried to rescue her, but....well she killed her self. I think that´s because the Zombies infected her.

I made it creepier by putting the music of the game to fit with what happens in the movie. So the sound the music makes when she jumps and the laugh afterwards is just part of the music.
@nintendo2006 Yes I realize your comment is three years old, but if your still wondering (which I doubt) you can get Conker for the PC. You just need a Nintendo 64 emulator (Project 641.6 or 1.7 is the best IMO) and a ROM which can be easily found using Google!

This level fucking frightened the shit outaa me the first time i played it i was so disturbed i had to leave the lights on i would not dare move a muscle,i had shivers running down my spine,the music was creepy,really creepy,i already noticed the villager before watching this,he runs away and falls down a hole dont it.
Read this comment after watching the video: It seems that this is intentional, as the squirrel actually jumps into the abyss, rather than just falling. The fact that the squirrel does this is pretty unnerving, as she could've taken the path that Conker was on....
