Alot of people are interested in college football, it's not a matter of what I watch, it's a matter of what is popular to the public. If highschool football was as popular and as funded as college, you could almost gaurentee a rise in the amount of middle school games scouted. Since about one third of scholarship players make no impact, one third play, but don't start and one third become starters, having AJ Green, Gabbert, Julio Jones, and Pryor at least making college names for themselves is pretty good.

But these are the TOP TEN and a fair number of them didn't do much in college.
