Of all the Bible bump videos, this is the only one that resulted in bruising that I saw. I believe this is because a very hard object was used (i.e. metal pan). Its called Bible bump because a book was often used to hit it ... and books are softer.
I've heard its possible to do damage if done incorrectly.
My wife just smacked my wrist with her Eclipse book. Well done mate!
