@EpicVblogs G700 is designed for MMO's in the first place! the G9x is better if you're good with claw/fingertip grip! otherwise the G700 is better in every aspect!
@ThePsycho1990 Thans for your compliment! IINM, you can get this gaming mouse nowadays less than RM300. Try to survey around 1st before you wanna buy :)
@KineticsReborn Sorry. Reports per seconds also known as the polling rate of the gaming mouse. In a a more simple way to say, how many times your mouse communicate with your PC. Higher reports per seconds will guarantee the gamers have seamless and lag free gaming exp :)
Just a little correction: the G700 only has 8 programmable "G-Keys", that are specifically designed for macros and custom-button assignments.
Don't know why people keep counting the left & right-click button as well as the middle mouse button (pushing down the scroll wheel) as "programmable keys".
No gamer is going to re-program left-click, right-click, or the scroll wheel to anything else.
@Roshan3L You can use it as wired gaming mouse, Just have to take out the battery out from its compartment and plug the cable into the mini USB port which is built in with the mouse. :)
I like that you actually showed the right side of the mouse in this review. Something most people never do.. Having problems with placing my pinky on my previous mice; Razer Naga, Steelseries XIA ... But this one looks good enough for my humongously big hands :P Thanks for nice review.
I had a question? Have you used this mouse for FPS games? I'm thinking about buying it but I'm worried that the scroll wheel might act up since I've read many reviews that even if the scroll wheel is set to click it still moves too much and I 've had a mouse that doesnt have a clicking scroll wheel and I just couldnt play FPS games at all since it would never choose the weapon I wanted to use.
@xbustacap I have nor really tested it our yet for FPS games but I do agree with others that the universal scroll wheel is kinda loose compared to my other mouse such as Razer DA.
@antonioreyes1987 wow thanks for the fast reply. I'm going to buy it anyways and if i don't like it ill return it. Btw, your video is pretty informative. I know the battery life should be longer with less communications per second to the computer but I didn't know how much it would be. Your video really helped me out. Are there any other settings besides the 1000 and 500 reports per second, and if so do you know of an estimate for the battery life? Again, thanks for the reply and great video.
@xbustacap You'll have 6 alternatives: 125, 200, 250, 333, 500 and 1000. I have tested the battery firall those settings as usually I will only use 500 or 1000 reports per second.

Nice nails. Perfectly rounded, fine cuticle surrounded by an admirable moisturised healthy looking skin finished by a little beauty spot, little but showful.
I had an MX revolution and tried this mouse as a replacement. I have to say it's a pretty good mouse. I don't like the way they changed the scroll wheel, and the battery life is horrible. However, at least you can use a standard NmH AA battery and have some spares available for those long gaming sessions (unlike the Mamba which uses a custom battery so you HAVE to plug it in to charge the battery).
I ended up with a RAT9 because of the better battery life and two LiON batteries.
The batteries in the RAT9 last about 7-8 hours of marathon gaming. For normal use you could get 2 days before having to change the battery (change on 2nd day). Since there are two batteries, this is not a problem. Microsoft CLAIMS 30 hours for their X8, but considering it also uses a single AA NmH I find it hard to believe. Since I haven't tried it however, I couldn't say for sure. Considering it costs almost half the RAT9 it might be worth a try. You can always return it.
@antonioreyes1987 which one do u think it is the best in ergonomical terms razer naga or logitech g700? do u know which one is bigger? and of course great review ;)
Razer Naga feels smaller (lower arch) in my hand but I'm not really sure whether it is smaller than Logitech G700. Razer Naga has rubberised finish and G700 has sand paper and matte finish. Razer Naga use Philips Twin Eye PLN 2032 and Logitech use Avago ADNS-S9500. Razer Naga is a wired gaming mouse and G700 is wireless gaming mouse.
You can try it yourself the mouse at your local stores though and make up your mind
@antonioreyes1987 thanks for the information...i live in greece and in our local stores u can find those mice only in the box so i can't have a good grip to decide :s and one more question i'd like to ask u...all these g keys can be mapped with any key on the keyboard?
hehe but u can move the mouse without fealing any resistance, im kinda scary about that, dont wana use it wireless, when i first time saw that cable i started thinking about other mouses
@dr4g0n8619 Initially, I do feel that it is kinda stiff to move around with the attached cable on the mouse but now I have used to it. However, if I compare it to my newly bought Tron gaming mouse by Razer which has braided cord, it certainly feels better for braided cord.
@dr4g0n8619 What do you mean by that? I can't get it. If you are really afraid of the stiff cable, perhaps you just go for Razer mouse which has braided cords.
@dr4g0n8619 Oh I see . . . I personally think that G700 has a really good quality, The stiffness of its cable really depends on one. For instance, I personally think that it is OK. :)
@589f1 i believe the logitech products are better,Razer to me is one way minded.plz let me tell yah i have a razer deathadder an lachesis mouse and i love the lachesis better ''why'' because it's a much larger mouse and it was designed for people with bigger hands for more control in fps games which i think the deathadder is for people with smaller hands an no control at all.so the answer to your question to buy the logitech mouse its a bigger mouse an it a fps/mmo mouse not just an mmo like the
@589f1 the naga mouse is just an mmo mouse with no wirelees capabilities,and the g700 is a mmo/fps with better technologie and grip dude your best bet is the logitech garanteed.razer always make there products one way minded lol
@darkcloud8282 The charging cable is really stiff. The stiffness may range from 4-4.5 out of 5 according to my rating. No braided cable. Thus, I really hope that Logitech next gaming mouse may come with braided cable :(

Ehm :) Thats the best review iv ever seen :) thumbs ub Ill buy that mouse now^^ i wanted to buy the RAT7 but its too flat :) PS: nice music in the background, the atmosphere is better then in other review videos.
@KarasGameChannel Thanks for your kind words. ;) I have tried both the Logitech G700 and RAT 7 but I have to admit that RAT 7 is less comfortable than Logitech G700.
At first i was a little annoyed by your accent, but damn you have some good perspectives and get around all the functions and technical specifications. Very good job man! Cheers!
sure it can be used for both fps and mmo.but the big amount of buttons helps for mmos,thats what i meant.anyway.whats best for WOW....this or razer naga?
i used to have mamba but i was dissapointed from the razer quality.left click stoped working .i turned it back to store so i can buy whatever mouse i want..
@mugenhonda13 i play CoD and WoW and i like habing buttons for fps games cuz u can do crap like reload, knife, laydown, call in killstreaks, and other crap without leaving the wasd keys.
i've been using a razer death adder for wow playing for some time. i'm looking to replace it and have narrowed it down to this mouse, the razer naga and the steelseries wow mouse (i have large thick hands/fingers). this is by far the best review i have watched.
@sidthemuss For me, this gaming mouse is one of the top notch. ;) Thanks so much for your compliment too. I will try to make more tech vid. for you guys. Anyway, my next vid. will be the Logitech Gamepad F710. You can subscribe to me if you don't mind. Peace!
@sidthemuss Dont get the razer naga, ive got big hands and i had to use a claw grip to hold the naga, which i couldnt for the life of me get used to. Get the g700, i just bought one and i am allot more happy with the size and feel of it.
Do you have the Logitech G500? I know some people who have it and like do you know if I should get that one instead of the G700? I would get the one that you are reviewing but it is too much over my budget.
@EWColaCanada Actually, it all depends on your budget and gaming style. If you often play FPS, I would recommend G500 as there are many users out there who gave positive reviews. As for G700, it is more to MMORPG. Besides that, you might want to consider the wireless function in G700 whether it is essential to you or not. Peace! :)
is the cable braided or just regular rubber?

Bad key place ments , Razer naga better for MMO gaming , this might be better of for FPS games
EvekoRogue 1 year ago
@EvekoRogue yea but the naga is kind of odly shaped but i have used one and its horid for fps...but for mmo, yes it would be better.
the g700 is built for fps
jpeel132 1 year ago
@jpeel132
g 700 for fps? why does it have so many buttons on it then?
clearly for mmo
mugenhonda13 1 year ago
@mugenhonda13 You are right! It is built for MMORPG but it is quite good for FPS too. ;)
antonioreyes1987 1 year ago
@antonioreyes1987
sure it can be used for both fps and mmo.but the big amount of buttons helps for mmos,thats what i meant.anyway.whats best for WOW....this or razer naga?
i used to have mamba but i was dissapointed from the razer quality.left click stoped working .i turned it back to store so i can buy whatever mouse i want..
mugenhonda13 1 year ago
@mugenhonda13 i play CoD and WoW and i like habing buttons for fps games cuz u can do crap like reload, knife, laydown, call in killstreaks, and other crap without leaving the wasd keys.
i will also use it for wow

i've been using a razer death adder for wow playing for some time. i'm looking to replace it and have narrowed it down to this mouse, the razer naga and the steelseries wow mouse (i have large thick hands/fingers). this is by far the best review i have watched.
sidthemuss 1 year ago
@sidthemuss For me, this gaming mouse is one of the top notch. ;) Thanks so much for your compliment too. I will try to make more tech vid. for you guys. Anyway, my next vid. will be the Logitech Gamepad F710. You can subscribe to me if you don't mind. Peace!
antonioreyes1987 1 year ago
@sidthemuss Dont get the razer naga, ive got big hands and i had to use a claw grip to hold the naga, which i couldnt for the life of me get used to. Get the g700, i just bought one and i am allot more happy with the size and feel of it.
ssstuy 1 year ago
@ssstuy thanks for your response. i just ordered the g700 today. i am looking forward to playing with it
sidthemuss 1 year ago
@sidthemuss Kudos!
antonioreyes1987 1 year ago
Do you have the Logitech G500? I know some people who have it and like do you know if I should get that one instead of the G700? I would get the one that you are reviewing but it is too much over my budget.
EWColaCanada 1 year ago
@EWColaCanada Actually, it all depends on your budget and gaming style. If you often play FPS, I would recommend G500 as there are many users out there who gave positive reviews. As for G700, it is more to MMORPG. Besides that, you might want to consider the wireless function in G700 whether it is essential to you or not. Peace! :)

does the mouse run with the usb cable only without the battery?
zigsauer 1 year ago
@zigsauer Yes. You can use it as a normal wired gaming mouse by plugging in the cable without the need of battery inside the mouse.
antonioreyes1987 1 year ago

Does the mouse recharge the battery?
dolph123454321 1 year ago
@dolph123454321 You can recharge the battery simply by connecting it with the charging cable and usually the charging duration will be 4-5 hours.
