New Mexico is wonderful. I have never been to Shiprock, but I am from Texas, and have had the pleasure of the occasional visit to New Mexico. When you drive on the highways, people always wave when they pass you from the other side. I once climbed a mountain called Hermit's Peak in NM. Is that close to you?
