Somehow...this just sounds like the Turkish March to me. I've heard both Uchida and Horowitz (both of which are beautiful, especially Uchida's), but this version seems, more than the others, to carry that certain Mozart quirkiness...it's hard to describe. Either way, I dub this recording one of my favorites. Thanks for posting!

I suggest that you don't use the pedal for most of it, but if you want to for the ending section with the high chords, it sounds ok. Just don't use it too heavily, or it'll sound messy.

@3838Xyz I wouldn't use it. I've learned two Mozart sonatas, and I never used the pedal for either one. There's no need. In fact, Mozart never really used it at all, even when someone showed it to him. He just thought it was a neat little tool, but never used it when he played. ;)
