Is it just me or is it the saddest thing that Rubens was wrong at the end there with his prediction? It seems everyone in F1 has forgotten about him now. Hopefully he may sub for someone in 2012 or maybe someone other than Williams will give him a 2013 seat.

F1 loses the last f1 gentelmen not made out of a simulator like Hamilton or others.

RESPECT! is a word that Mr. Barichello well knew during his carrer. I had the chance to see him every time he defended his position in Austria 2001 while passing the Castrol Curve. THAT WAS A DRIVER!!!

Incredible athlete, gifted driver, iron-willed, and true gentleman.

It would be such a travesty if Barrichello doesn't come back next year. Even if he can only muster a 1-year deal with a backmarker team, I think the world of F1 and all the fans deserve to see Rubens drive for one last season just so we can all see one of the last of the crop of truly great drivers race for one last time.
