God DEFINITELY uses His inspired and infallible Word to reveal Himself. We interpret events in light of Scripture, never as a substitute. Without the Word, our belief that 'God is with us' is merely a conjecture.

It is from Holy Scripture, and Scripture alone that I know God is with me. He doesn't need to light up the sky........

Don't you ever feel like God uses music to tell you what you need to know about Him at the time? In every struggle I have, I always come across a great Christian song that applies to the exact moment and I hear what I need to hear from God to know He's there and He cares and everything will be okay and with Him I can conquer anything!
