Thank you, Already been doing this now for nearly 7 years and if I have to I will continue for the next 7, we need to get this awareness out in the public so Ladies can learn this simple but very effective exam,

Awareness really does saves lives, but how can it when society refuse to speak about it. This silence needs to be broken for all the young ladies in our world. I don't think they will be told by many doctors to do this important exam.

i agree with you, working in a hospital, i can just about see how many patients come in for vulval examination. it os very uncommon and many women arenot awae about it.

Well done. It takes great courage to post something as intimate as this and will hopefully raise awareness and save lives. One day vulva cancer (and penile cancer) may be as freely discussed as breast cancer and no longer be treated as a taboo subject.
