A lot of the studio shots in this film were taken at WRGB, Schenectady/Albany, then owned by General Electric (which now owns the entire NBC organization)...WRGB was one of the country's four earliest commercially licensed stations, along with WNBT (NBC, now WNBC-TV) and WCBW (CBS, now WCBS-TV) in New York, and WPTZ (now CBS-owned KYW-TV) in Philadlelphia.
In New York, stations WCBW [Channel 2, owned by CBS], WNBT [Channel 4, owned by NBC] and WABD [Channel 5, the DuMont station] were offering limited telecasts (mostly in the evening) at the time this was shown to military personnel via the "Army-Navy Screen Magazine". Incidentally, all TV pictures shown in this film were "simulated".
