Why The Songsmith Recreation of Hurt is Disrespectful

The video in question is a good example of why the convenience of automated music production software has quite a long way to go before it could even consider being a substitute for actual musical talent, and why I or any musician worth their salt will never use Microsoft Songsmith unironically. I can't speak for the intentions of the person who made the video, though. The value that it holds may have been purely unintentional.

@Ceresius @Ceresius I believe the Songsmith version of Hurt was simply made to make people laugh but there are some individuals who don't seem to grasp the humour of quoting and editing artwork out of their context.

Unfortunately I was in a hideous mood when producing this video to mock those said people.

As for Microsoft Songsmith itself. It was an absolute pointless, waste of space that had no true purpose other than to take humanity's creativity off creating actual music.

@Shiftaws so did I. Back in those days, toilets were a luxery. Only rich people could afford only one in their household. As I was a greaser back then, I was wasting my youth and money chasing girls and motorcycles., Hence I couldn't afford the toilet. The alternative was to shat on Johnny Cash!
