  • @alina14061406 zora ( a maghrebi ) she always smile even eche people watch her with suspicion. In France in this example they are many racist and they dont like foreigners celine talk about this foreigns who smile at life despite difficulties, racism ,....very beautiful song especially when you are a "zora" and we have all ready experience these situations...............;)

  • @kajolindienne1 En france il n'y a pas plus de racistes qu'ailleurs. -_-

  • @alina14061406 Well, why don' t you learn French? Not easy but you could try...

  • I am american and I was not taught any other language then my own, but when I hear such beautiful words I learn the language myself for those words, so I know the meaning and can continue to listen to it in the same beautiful language I heard it in.

Not all look down who are American. I appreciate all languages and all nations. after all we are all connected in the end..........

  • @PreciousPumkin french is the mother language of all Europe languages , English has been born from French you can check history

  • @theash3s

Um, what? French is not the mother of anything, latin is. And also latin is derived from other ancient languages, mainly from those that were spoken where Italy is now. So I'm sure you meant they are the mothers of ROMAN languages? Only a fraction of European languages are Roman.

  • No matter what language it's beautiful.............

  • beautiful song

    merci celine

  • C'est tellement triste....

  • I think she should release these in English - that way we can all know these songs... Because this sounds like a great song but I want to know the words...

  • @kfunk01 summarized ... this song speaks about a girl who keep on smiling for all the women, the mens and the girls in Algeria, who can't smile and be happy because of the war.

  • @kfunk01 : We can translate this song like that: A street, people passing People like you see them Just a flow, a mass Faceless, voiceless What a strange day Something, but what? Disobeys A street like others And the time is suspended A stain, an error And suddenly you understand Unprecedented impudence Unusual, indecent Zora smiles
  • Zora smiles, sidewalks, cars, passers To racket, to walls, bad weather In her bare face under the wind At his feet dancing while walking At what seems obvious Sentences on the walls Crooked looks Sometimes a few insults It has nothing to do It distributes its smiles It receives much Zora smiled brazenly Zora smiled insolently
  • Zora smiles for herself, she smiles to be there

But she smiles for those, those who are there

For these women, sisters who can smile more

Then, heart filled with tears, tears full of life

Zora smiles, Zora smiles, Zora smiles

  • @kfunk01 Don't take it personally but why do all non-English songs need to be released in English? I think it's ignorance that's speaking here. There are beautiful songs in Polish, Czech, French, Slovene, Spanish, Italian, German and more others. I get the impression that English speaking world deprives itself from different cultures (and their songs), looking a bit down on them because they do not understand their languages. But sometimes they beauty lies in interpretation, music ...

  • @slawo74 I might be wrong, but I think that is a repercussion of globalization!

  • @slawo74

    tak jest. racja.

  • @slawo74 Not all artists record in English. Tizianno Ferro sings in Italian and Spanish. I have yet to here an ENglish song from him. I think the reason is money, not a lack of interest on the part of the English speaking world. I personally listen to alot of Spanish music, French and Portuguese as well. I love the sound of different languages probably better than English! :-)

  • @slawo74 you're right. That's entertainment industry has imposed such a style. Style for the masses. Calculated on the benefits.

    So bland style

  • I didnt even know a music video to this song EXISTED!

  • @Celinefanatic07 I couldn't agree more , greetings

  • @OktiSmokti

Thankyou!!! I hope you're having a lovely day!
