How do you fix the video clip problem? I'm running fine on usual gameplay and exploration mode but when a video clip starts, all I see it blank screen. I am running on 5124 x 1080 resolution.
@MentalProductions101 anything but panoramic isnt worth it. I can tolerate the bezels on the sides...but bezels in the middile of what you are looking at...not worth it.

It looks like a pain traversing the user interface. Part of it is on the far left, and the other is on the far right. Kind of impractical if you ask me
@TehLaotionGamer, the 3 screen stuff unlocks if you have one of the HD5xxx series.
although it's only really usable with one HD5770 or above.
it costs about 140 euro's per HD5770 in the Netherlands.
and that's the Viper-X version. the normal is 4 euro's cheaper haha.
Viper-X is a special watercooled stuff. Don't worry not your whole PC needs to be watercooled, it's a special cooling that doesn't void the cards warranty.

How completely pointless. Your hotbar and health is way over on the left and the map is way over on the right. Playing this way would really hurt your neck not to mention be incredibly annoying.
@roketmode You have 2x5970 and you can't use eyefinity? There were some driver issues but theyve been resolved by now, you should be able to get decent fps with 6 monitors running.

Nice! I love this technology! I use it. I have three 23inch acers @ 5760x1080 resolution. I mostly play Modern Warfare 2. I love the field of view I get with this technology. It really helps out. Because of it I can use my peripherals in-game.

Just put the game on 3 55" tv's, if I can put my hd 3200 on my 22" monitor and 32" tv at the same time that 5970 should be able to do on even 6 55' tv's
I found a problem that hopefully can be fixed in the ingame options, the interface is all the way to the left in the 1st monitor, the map all the way right to the 3rd and the action happens on the middle. I would find more comfortable to have everything in the middle monitor and have the other 2 for better view, I wouldnt like to go all the way left to click a skill and then all the way back to click the enemy.

Eyefinity still hasn't been properly optimized, the screens on the sides always seem to only be able to do half or less of the frame rate the one in the centre is doing.
Greaaaaaaaatt.... another stupid and invaluable feature for *hardcore stupid gamers*.. "now I can see everything thats on the sides! (walls and shit)" seriously... its just stupid and a waste of money, all the action is focused onto the middle screen, so why not just play on 1 damn screen? @JamAsianz i suggest saving all your allowance, birthday, and xmas money so you can get a 1080p projector and play all of your video games and movies with 100+ inch visuals. i spent a couple of grand on a highly rated hi-def home theater projector a couple of years ago and let me tell you there is nothing like a wall sized image and thunderous surround sound entertainment except going to the movies but you can't play video games there. check out my channel video to get an idea.
@manhunt48 a good eyefinity card and three 24 inch monitors will run at least $1000. that gets you a 1080p projector nowadays. the super wide playing field of eyefinity provides is very nice indeed but 100 inches of in your face action with explosive surround sound in a home theater is awesome nonetheless and it'll get even better with ultrawide native cinemascope projectors in the future.
@moeizoptik you're right, you dont need to be. BUT unless you have a GOOD PAYING job it's going leave a noticeable dent in your funds. So if you use a credit card (like everyone does) and your job pays poorly you shouldn't invest in this, let alone a gaming computer to begin with.

Yeah actually, just noticed the only thing its not so great at is RPGs. Racing and Strategy would be great! But im kind of skeptical... everyone is soo used to gaming on a single screen, wouldn't it make reaction times slower? Considering you'd have to look across all 3 screen to find something, or lets say see the sharp turn coming? I still think this invention of Eyefinity wasn't so smart :S Would be a great addition if monitors were much cheaper. (Don't forget that +$300 vidcard)
yeah but your not actually lookin at each screen its like using your real vision, just like your not really looking at people beside you when you are looking straight but you still see them it boost reaction time, and its ok with RPGs because it lets you see enemies sneaking up on you, and remember its not just for games its also used for multi-tasking or entertainment, like watching a movie with homework/real work/games all on three screens, but it is expensive i agree with you there.
Its not even a thousand really. radeon hd 5750 only around $160, good monitor 200 a piece so only around 760 ish, and thats if you get nice 23.6 monitors. Could be less with smaller monitors.
Eyefinity is not splitting up your fov to 3 monitors, it actually enhances your fov. It's like when you switch from 4:3 to 16:10, you have a larger fov, which enables you to see things that a player with just 1 monitor or a 4:3 fov can't see.
@moeizoptik That's not exactly true. It's true enough in how wide you see, but not in height, in that direction you still have the same angle of vision.
And while it certainly looks impressive, I don't think it's ultimately worth it, since all the action happens on your main screen anyway, in any game. It's even less useful in Dragon Age, because you can pause the game to look around, and zoom out to get a good overview.

You have the expensive price of 3 Monitors, one really good graphics card to handle 3 monitors (lets say the hd 5850-5970) and a really great setup for the rest of your system (ram, motherboard, cpu, cooling) to go along with the 3 monitors and gpu. the 2 side monitors isn't something you reall pay attention to.
it's more like ambient style. It's meant to be your peripherals view.
as you see, the objects that move on the side screens are alot bigger than on the middle screen(perpheral effect.
I play 3D Eyefinity and's awesome.
I tried amnesia in 3D, it's shame it's not DX but OpenGL, IZ3D drivers do got OGL support but not working on my rig.:(
that game is alot more scarier on three screens haha.

I found a problem that hopefully can be fixed in the ingame options, the interface is all the way to the left in the 1st monitor, the map all the way right to the 3rd and the action happens on the middle. I would find more comfortable to have everything in the middle monitor and have the other 2 for better view, I wouldnt like to go all the way left to click a skill and then all the way back to click the enemy.

I wasn't talking about how good the 360/PS3 is compared to Eyefinity, I was saying how much 3 screens are a waste of money (paying for each damn screen which is expensive if your not damn rich). For a damn small widescreen monitor like a 1360x768/1440x900 is about $130-200. Im a PC gamer myself and I have my own custom built computer just like everyone else, so your guess was wrong. Not to sound rude or something, but you don't have to be rich to buy 3 22" monitors. They cost as much as a mid range gaming system. Getting a decent job and not eating at mcdonadls should do the trick, if you don't have 5 kids to feed.

Eyefinity sucks if the screens aren't seamless, the same reason DS sucks. blindspots are great for twitch based games, but as I've seen so far, just a waste of space and a ruler to measure you e-peen

@JamAsianz i suggest saving all your allowance, birthday, and xmas money so you can get a 1080p projector and play all of your video games and movies with 100+ inch visuals. i spent a couple of grand on a highly rated hi-def home theater projector a couple of years ago and let me tell you there is nothing like a wall sized image and thunderous surround sound entertainment except going to the movies but you can't play video games there. check out my channel video to get an idea.

@manhunt48 a good eyefinity card and three 24 inch monitors will run at least $1000. that gets you a 1080p projector nowadays. the super wide playing field of eyefinity provides is very nice indeed but 100 inches of in your face action with explosive surround sound in a home theater is awesome nonetheless and it'll get even better with ultrawide native cinemascope projectors in the future.

Yeah actually, just noticed the only thing its not so great at is RPGs. Racing and Strategy would be great! But im kind of skeptical... everyone is soo used to gaming on a single screen, wouldn't it make reaction times slower? Considering you'd have to look across all 3 screen to find something, or lets say see the sharp turn coming? I still think this invention of Eyefinity wasn't so smart :S Would be a great addition if monitors were much cheaper. (Don't forget that +$300 vidcard)

yeah but your not actually lookin at each screen its like using your real vision, just like your not really looking at people beside you when you are looking straight but you still see them it boost reaction time, and its ok with RPGs because it lets you see enemies sneaking up on you, and remember its not just for games its also used for multi-tasking or entertainment, like watching a movie with homework/real work/games all on three screens, but it is expensive i agree with you there.

Its not even a thousand really. radeon hd 5750 only around $160, good monitor 200 a piece so only around 760 ish, and thats if you get nice 23.6 monitors. Could be less with smaller monitors.

Eyefinity is not splitting up your fov to 3 monitors, it actually enhances your fov. It's like when you switch from 4:3 to 16:10, you have a larger fov, which enables you to see things that a player with just 1 monitor or a 4:3 fov can't see.

@moeizoptik That's not exactly true. It's true enough in how wide you see, but not in height, in that direction you still have the same angle of vision.
And while it certainly looks impressive, I don't think it's ultimately worth it, since all the action happens on your main screen anyway, in any game. It's even less useful in Dragon Age, because you can pause the game to look around, and zoom out to get a good overview.
So no, it's not worth the money, in my opinion.

Yes! I agree, but all these people giving you thumbs down disagree.. well as we say! "Ignorance is bliss" they are too happy over it, and don't realize how its not so great. You have the expensive price of 3 Monitors, one really good graphics card to handle 3 monitors (lets say the hd 5850-5970) and a really great setup for the rest of your system (ram, motherboard, cpu, cooling) to go along with the 3 monitors and gpu. Whats your cost now right? I dislike the waste of enthusiast.
