I'm a Filipino & I refuse to accept that this is all we can ever be. A recent survey on what type of president Filipinos would prefer, and it turns out they want the parent type more than the manager type. It's so sad. we're more strict in qualifying a leader in a company than we are in a leader who's supposed to take care of a whole country. I want to believe that we can definitely do better, the world is now seeing us & hearing us, let's make this image & culture something we can be proud of.

GMA sucks right now in the eyes of majority because all her faults are being highlighted over the numerous good she has done... She was right to say to not just "talk" but "do"... however, because she is Catholic and it is Filipino culture she has to appear stuck with her stupid ass husband with whom she is actually already separated from (as ERAP was with Loi)... Ngayon nga lang nangasar sa SONA yan eh, siguro dahil di na nga siya tatakbo...

- Not one single project completed. When she was asked in an interview about what projects she completed in her term her administration tried to rush a flyover... which also wasn't completed. Does this mean it's acceptable for any president we elect to have incomplete projects if they do not extend their term? damn! Erap was crooked but he at least improved education and security. And he had the balls to take the Abu-sayaff head-on. Though he was such an ass

Luckily, this government that took over ERAP did not leave off the projects he initiated just because of spite. The projects on security and education have been supported and even enhanced.
- Do you know what really happened to Land Reform, do you know how she decided to provide her tenant farmers "stock certificates" instead of honoring their rights? What the heck would they know about stock certificates.

And after the people TRUSTED and BELIEVED in her. this is how she performed during her presidency:
- it was during her presidency that the Philippines outstanding debt was offered to be cleared off, and she decided to "honor" it. We didn't see her implement any plans on how to overcome this debt fully.... then carried on by Ramos and worsened by ERAP and is now being dealt with ever so slowly and painfully with these tax increases,
