I'm sure that the inmates of Maricopa County, Arizona's jail WISH they could be in a Swiss jail!

The Swiss jail does appear to be more humane. Is this a jail for "non-violent" prisoners?

The true test of the success of any jail/prison system is a low recidivism

rate. I wonder how the Swiss rate compares to the rate in " America's Toughest Sheriff'(Joe Arpaio's) county jail?

so thats at least a jail where u could learn something in the time your locked off. (only a very few in the US give u a chance to work for ur future while you are in jail) not really good :-(
