• In Kakuranger, the Juusho Fighters (Battle Borgs) were not only the first second set of 5 individual mecha in a Sentai series; but also the only set (as far as I know) not to combine.

  • Saban could've started the "Ranger turned to children" story arc from the beginning of season 3. There, what was the Alien Rangers, would've been Ninja Rangers instead. Throughout that whole season, original rangers would try and find a way to restore their powers, finding the Zeo crystals, ect. But in the end, that probably wouldn't have worked so well.

  • I found 2 of these at a flea market for 25 cents a piece and lost them a year later at a hotel! :-(((

  • They had time to make and sell Alien Ranger toys in the short time that we had Alien Rangers?

  • I wish they sale it on Amazon

  • if im a predator i will hunt them down lol

  • I always wanted to be a power ranger! I know how to fight.

  • they don't transform into cars so they're boring!

  • i got the battle borgs recently...£23 for the set AND weapons :)

  • the original power rangers where the best!

  • Kakuranger!

  • 0:17-0:19 Was that footage from "Kakuranger"?

  • @182supermario Of course. All morphed footage was from Kakuranger. That's kinda how Power Rangers works.

  • @trlkly I think he was referring to the Dorodoros, the grunts in Kakuranger that were never actually used for PR (Or so we thought).

  • @bluecatcinema Thanks for the explanation.

interesting name, Dorodoros. One letter difference, and it would sound like one of Bandora's monsters.

  • they are actully called Kakuranger in japan the alien rangers are just the american knock off vertions

  • kakuranger ninja! ninja!

    go go alien rangers!

  • I never even saw these in England

  • I had all the ninja power rangers but i lost it =(((((

  • I liked that series back when it was called NINJA SENTAI KAKURANGER and they weren't aliens since theyre NINJAS. what? Are the Japanese consideeed aliens now?!

  • @TheSpammusubiman No it was a way to work in the Kakuranger suits into the US without our rangers changing costumes....if you remember Gosei Sentai Dairanger the only suit we saw from that was Kiba Ranger (Fang Ranger) which became the white ranger here

  • weeeee areeeee beetle borgs attacks weeee areee beetle bugs

  • Pretty ironic that the Battle Borgs were so rare even the time it was released.

  • @nightslash3535 i still need 3 battleborgs

  • Were the drones at 00:18-00:20 even in Power Rangers? I know they were in Kakuranger, they were called "Dorodoros"

  • No they weren't in Power Rangers. Though there was that Power Rangers Funniest Moments special where you can see a Kakuranger episode ending sequence that has the Dorodoros dancing. You can find that on YouTube also.

  • I don't think they were used in MMPR but I'm not sure. They probably just found random Sentai footage of Kakuranger.

  • @Jooshkabob That's the funny part about all of it. As kids, when we saw this, it made us more hyped up to watch to see the Rangers take on these Kakuranger foot soldiers and yet we never seen the full true beauty of the Kakurangers in Mighty Morphin

  • @Jooshkabob Umm YES they were used in MMPR! There was an entire mini series devoted to the Alien Power Rangers, which was also the conclusion of the series before it went to Zeo.

  • @MRredhotlava he's talking about the foot soldiers.

  • They were actually used in the tv series showing in the US. The Battle Borgs were used in episode 2 of the Mighty Morphing Alien Rangers

  • If you notice, the grunts they were fighting were from Kakuranger but strangely, I do not see why they weren't used. It would have been nice to see the MM Alien Rangers as a whole series of at least 20 episodes and to see them use the Kakuranger grunts.

  • At 0:12 does anybody know if Delphine (white Alien Ranger) / Tsuruhime (Ninja white of the Kakurangers) had the first action figure of a Power Ranger / Super Sentai female with skirt a Skirt? Was this an add on just for the commercial to be accurate to the Alien Ranger Mini Series and Kakuranger? I really do not recall Kimberly in any action figure form having a skirt.

  • i dont beleive the bandai america fig had the skirt, but the japanese one did.

  • Does Bandai America do that now and does Bandai Japan still put skirts on the action figures on there female warriors?

  • The Kimberly and Aisha Ninja Rangers released in 1995 each had a removable skirt the white Alien Ranger would have been second to be released

  • Lol did you know these toys in the commercial are selling for $200 more. So the 5 ninja rangers for that amount i just said... Wow who would of thought back when we were sellin these figures at yard sales. People now would pay even more then that like $10 we sold it for...

  • Aurico was the coolest. XD

  • yea... I remember having toys such as these... sniff

  • they should be ninja rangers

  • PEDO STRANGERS!!!

    XD

  • They are the best ones.

  • you are extremely, 110% totally gay.

  • Ho, Ho, Ho.

I'm not gonna stop you in how you think but if I were to be someone else, I would call you the stupidest person in the Universe.

However, I can view them differently.

    -

    Dino Rangers from Dino Thunder.

    Thunder Rangers from Ninja Storm.

    Ninja Rangers from MMPR 3.

  • @netzumaru actually in japan they're the ninja sentai kakurangers so they are ninja rangers the original ninja rangers

  • @Nickster891 0h

  • @netzumaru Yeah, I wish instead of using the Kakuranger costumes for the Alien Rangers, they used the Dairanger.. Those suits looked badass and it's a shame they were never used in Power Rangers! (Besides Tommy's White Ranger)

  • @netzumaru Yeah!!!! (check out my comment to the alien rangers fan opening)

  • @netzumaru The problem is that Ninja Rangers was already taken by the original cast for MMPR season 3.

Plus this was kinda a test run. Could they get by using other rangers? Apparently the result was that replacing the characters and the suits were too much, but just the suits was fine, hence Power Rangers Zeo.

  • @netzumaru I agree 100%! I just wasn't big fan of the Alien Rangers myself. They really should've been ninjas instead.

  • @netzumaru They are, it's just that they were written as being from another planet to explain why they've never been available backup when they would have been helpful before, like, say, pretty much every previous crisis that forced the Rangers to upgrade their Zords.

  • my best Friend has Red and Yellow, i'm Going to buy 3 Alienranger/Kakranger in Ebay

  • Man, I remember seeing this commercial YEARS ago!

  • me 2 man me 2.............

  • Hey after 12-years I now notice this CM use some fighting footage never use by Saban. Cool.

  • That would be from Kakuranger.

  • Yeah I know. But I never noticed the soldiers fighting sequence with the Kakuranger.

  • the alien rangers looked pretty cool!!

  • Ive got the White Battlezord myself , havint a clue where it is thou ! .

Cheers , Jason [ Doctor Who One ]

  • i have the black and yellow ones

  • did alpha say you'll wish you'd never been touched?

  • hatched

  • It is interesting they used the blue grunt footage. It is a pretty good commercial, except for Zordon's voice.

  • THAIRZ LIMITED TIME EVRY YEAR IDIOTS

  • I remember these
