Getting in and out of that vehicle is as bad as I think. I hit my head on it every night. If you're tall it doesn't work very well. But I do like the set up. It was put together well
Great light package! The only problem with that vehicle is that unless you are a midget you aren't getting out of that vehicle with equipment on in hurry without giving your self a concusion.
So many flashing lights defeat the use and/or effectiveness of turn signals and brake lights. How are others supposed to know what that vehicle is doing or planing to do? Civilian vehicles are required to have functional (clear, distinct, unmistakeable, etc) turn signals and brake lights. Emergency vehicles should as well, for the same purposes.
Stewart - You apparently are very ignorant. The purpose of warning lights are to "warn" the public as to the location of an emergency vehicle. That is what these lights accomplish. The turn signals and brake lights are till used, however they are not important to the motoring public because civilian operators are required to pull to the right and stop for approaching emergency vehicles. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether the brake lights or turn signals are completely visible
Buddy, only an incredibly rude person would say such a thing with no provocation. Regardless, my previous comments were based on several incidents where I've seen emergency vehicles approach intersections intending to turn where cross traffic has just sat there for some time not understanding the driver's intent. Effective turn signals would have more quickly made that intent clear. I have nothing further to say to you.
Ok yea, us it a random flashing pattern?? I Luke the random flashing like the ones whelen liberties have it you could do a pattern in wich every other lighthead flashes and so on and so forth, creating a sort of shifting to side to side motion. Great video thou :)
@343HFD - Yeah it actually flashes each head twice, three times, and then once alternately. Similiar to what you are saying. I don't have a video camera, had to use my BB, so the frame rate is too slow to actually see it properly, LOL. Thanks.
Does the light bar on the roof plug into the 12v cigarette lighter?

Great setup, yes, but I hate the pattern on the bar with a passion. I just think it's horrible.

@343HFD Well, the pattern doesn't show well in the video. What pattern would you prefer?
