If you guys are looking to use the MP3 for windows movie maker or something like that, you can just export it to your desktop and then drag it into Movie Maker. It worked great for me :)

Thanks it worked, I had difficulty getting it into Movie Maker because it wasn't the right file type now that I converted it to MP3 with the MP3 Lame encoder it worked!

can someone help me ? I have this problem , when I record OVER a vocal with overdub, so that I can sing over the vocal, It also starts recording the previous audio track, wich makes me, recoring over it.. sound ..bad, I tried changin the microphone, and I dont have loose speakers or something like that,, just a headset. I even tried it with earphones and singing to the computer's built in mic.. but I dont know what to do now...

then after you have done that, find the folder called LameForAudacity and it should work
