  • @jrontet thank u :)

  • I am planning some videos & would really appreciate a description of how they set up the overhead shot looking down on your hands. Thanks, Eeco. Starboy288

  • @starboy288 what do you exactly need for information??

    Eeco

  • @freakyhead20 Did they hang a camera from a track on the ceiling, did someone stand above you with the camera, did they use a tripod mounted up high? i.e. How was the camera placed to capture that viewing angle? Maybe others will benefit too from this information if you can explain it. Thanks again.

  • @starboy288 no a friend of mine was standing behind me on a chair above me..I could setup a tripod on the grand piano but this is the better way I think..

  • @freakyhead20 Well, now I and others know how to get a good overhead shot of the piano players hands! :-) Thanks for verifying your approach, as I had thought of that of trying it that way, but wasn't sure that's exactly how you did it so thought I would ask you.

    Boogie on...

  • Thank you for this precious gift !

    Greetings from France !

  • @ShinyMighty merci beacoup :) enjoy the rest of the video's...boogie on!!

  • Holy Cow, that was great !

  • @Greg763 moewwwww! thanks :)

  • Good having that overhead shot to study your moves, but you've become so technically advanced it's hard to pick up those licks, some of which are hallmarks of your personal boogie style.

Nice though, that you've taken your playing up to a higher level of freedom and creativity. All of us who study your playing should be convinced by now that the more one plays, the better one's physical ability will improve; as your fingers loosen & strengthen & you hear the musical possibilities of boogie.

  • @starboy288 yes the angle is better so people can pick up things and learn a bit more about boogie woogie..I know that its hard for people who try to learn boogie woogie the first time but if you really have that goal to learn it and stick to the basics first and listen to records I think every person can play it..I always think..never say no if you haven't tried it..its like riding a bike..it go's with ups and downs..but eventually by doing it a lot you will manage to do what you always wanted

  • sometimes it seems to me as if you have 2 brains, one controls your right hand and the other one for your left hand...unbelievably perfect, with no mistake...

  • @dovanka thank you...yes I think so too :) what I say now may sound cheap but for me it just goes automaticly I just play and go with the flow..

  • @dovanka my brains love me :) hehe

  • @freakyhead20 :-)

  • nice left hand

it's amazing how you keep it going so steady throughout

  • @keyboardplaying1 thanks :) you mean the left hand or in total??

  • @keyboardplaying1 thanks! do you mean the left hand or in total??

  • NEVER there are too many boogies! I just love 'em!

  • @mercydee yes I try to keep the boogie alive...it will never dissapear thats for sure! young and old should still listen to it..it tells us something about the past..and altough we should look at the future we shouldn't forget our past...boogie on!

  • Nice Nice! That was a nice video (HD) and the playing was really as always. Thanks for making these boogie woogie videos!

  • @valnizzas it was my pleasure! Enjoy the boogie-video's...keep 'm rollin' :)

keep up with the good work (: hope to hear more!

  • @raptodeath thanks :) yes I always say..playing the piano is like making love with a woman it makes sound too..lol anyway back to the piece..yes altough I felt a little bit stiff in the fingers the swing is there! more videos coming next week!

  • Making love to a piano LOL hahaha OH wait you said woman. OK well maybe the piano can be involved to :) woogie on my friend fantastic playing as always.
