I put the outter skirt first, is more easy. and the inner skirt in second step.

Cool vid and very informative. I was really lucky and got Jack to help me do 2 new release lures in the shop. I cant wait to reel in the wahoo with these perfect lures. I showed some buddies that have worked on the boats and they said they are the finest quality lures they have ever seen. They really are works of art that are irrestible to fish!!!
