there are two volumes called "billy joel complete" where i got the chords from. but there is also a note by note-book available . this is called "the billy joel keyboard book" and contains an authentic transcription of billy's new york state of mind piano parts. (if we can trust the amazon customer-reviews) it's published by hal leonard and they usually make great sheet music books.
