Only little sisters don't see it sacry, they see it as a dream world. try finding a video called "Play as little sisters" or something you it might show :)

But if you get close to a little sister he'll just push you around and scream. The psh takes away no health just a warning. So you could actualy just follow around a big daddy all game but i'd probobly get you no where.
