personally though i think bert sugar said what he said just to be controversial, but if he did mean it then i will say again i think he is clueless. Another thing in judging the best fighter out of the pair of them would be to say who would have been favourite to come out on top between them. i think closest style to joe would have been a stalker like foreman and look what ali did to him even when he was way past his prime.
