  • The guys recording doesnt need to be such a dick. lol. good god, If you didn't do anything superbad you dont need to be a trolling fuck.

  • seriously if you cant even tell someone your age or adress in order to not make everyone waste time even tho he will find out anyway by looking at your licence you are just a worthless piece of shit. why? because you are by doing that.

  • You sound mexican... go back to mexico and excersize your rights there where your legally a citizen.

  • @4221joel spell exercise right

  • I think you were trying to get a rise out of this officer. You're an idiot!

  • not all cops are bad you loser

  • Are most cops for the "good of the general public?" Nope, most have an agenda and it's not for YOUR OWN GOOD. That is why I am so much of in support for conceal and carry. I have no faith in law enforcement in general and feel that I can handle "any issues" that may come my way in a much more efficient and timely manner than MOST policemen.

  • The driver simply applied HIS rights. He did make a mistake by saying, "I've been winning so far." There is NO win or No lose, it's simply the right for a citizen to not get into any sort of conversation with a policeman. The motto on many police cars, "to protect and serve" is simply a bunch of mumbo jumbo made up garbage by THE POLICE. I can tell ya this MOST COPS would go against the U.S. Constitution if ordered to do so by "higher up" or the President of the United States.

  • Cop was cool, dude should have explained his points better instead he came off as a smart ass.

  • The title of this video should be " I deserve a ticket" directed by a " stupid asshole" for real. isn't the motive to try and get out of a ticket, not make the cop feel like a moron, that definately leads to a ticket.....

and for all you wk he was doing the right thing. just wait til somone steals your wallet, and uses your ID with the cop. and the person who stole your wallet acts like this. The cop asks those question to make sure it's your id, and protect and serve the community. DUHH ass

  • The cop was an ass, but the driver went through considerable lengths to appear insubordinate. There was no need for that.

  • Can my drivers licence by used against me in a court of law? Huh? WTF?

How did you even get a licence with a brain so stupid it asks questions like that?

  • If you're trying to sound smart or trying to show you know more about law and police procedure than the policeman does, sorry, you came across as a complete smartass.

  • his voice sounds like FOGELL from super bad

  • 'Winning so far' - Winning what, exactly, you fucking child? How ridiculous and immature of you.

  • Cops are scum-

  • You have bad cops out there, But this Police offcer is not being nasty. But this fucken MEJICANO should be Deported NOW!!!! All that Cocky shit you handing the police officer is Fuck'd up! You can tell the he's Mexican the way he has that funny ackward english talk and tone...Just Deport him back!

  • @Boricuarikan1227 wow, racist much? Actually, he does have a Latino accent... and speaks very clear English - I imagine that means he speaks 2 languages at a minimum and perhaps 3 (?) - How many do you speak? He's probably a lot smarter than you just by learning a non-native language and speaking it clearly (that's not awkward - that's how spell that word, by the way, - it's called an accent) - and finally you assume he is illegal which you have no way of knowing - so fuck off n have a awful day

  • @mshumaker84 you call him racist, I call you a faggy hypocrite. don't talk shit, the kid in the video is an asshole hands down. fifty bucks says this asshole driver got a ticket.

  • @JayBriggz Why wouldn't I call him racist - did you read the comment I replied to? It's racist... I agree the guy was being a jerk about it, so what? call him a jerk, whatever - he was racist about it and dumb also - I'd say you're probably dumb and racist too, since I didn't imply that guy wasn't a jerk, I implied the comment was racist and dumb like yourself - faggot? No, but so what if I were? You're racist, homophobic, and don't know how to use 'hypocrite' properly, b/c that made no sense

  • @mshumaker84 Fuck what off? YOUR MOTHER YOU CUM GUZZLING CUNT BLOW JOB WHORE! Number one, Learn how to spell you fucken Slow ass retarded 3rd-World Country Border Jumper. Trust me...He's a fucken MEJICAN! jaja' ME-JI-CAN! Not's MEXICAN MEEE-JI-CAN! is that better? Thanks for Playin..."GAME OVER" and Now you may SWALLOW "GULP" and ENJOY PIG! I SHIT ON U AND UR GRANDMOTHERS GRAVE PIG!

  • the guy in the car is an asshole n should be arrested for withholding information...damn jerk

  • @tammy67lynn maybe you should read the 5th amendment again. I don't think he should have made the smart ass crack about "winning". Personally, I don't see what the guy gains by not answering the obvious questions, but the fact is he has the right not to.

  • I usually agree with folks that are having thier rights abused. But you are just being a douche. "Can my drivers licence be used in a court of law?" WTF? You arent under arrest. How would he use that against you anyways. "We find this person guilty because he does, in fact live in California." Or whatever state. Really? You were just trying to be a smartass. Not prove a point.

  • there is a difference between not being pushed around and just being obstinate. just tell the guy your age

  • Ha ha ha what a tool you were!

  • friendly is the key. the system is broke. lawful? its not either to blame. ;-)

  • The officer was not smug. He was simply trying his best not to bust out laughing at you and how you were reacting. You were very lucky you didnt get a prick cop.

  • Knowledge is power

  • wow you are an asshole

  • First off, he is asking you standard questions, e.g., age and address. Incriminating yourself over what, a standard traffic violation? If you're nice to police officers they'll be nice to you most of the time. Some are just natural pricks, but this guy seemed pretty nice. You could have been on your way with a warning if you didn't just play along and were not worried about "incriminating yourself."

  • @harwood408 You're naive. That officers job is to get as much money out of a civilian as possible and even better, jail time. Regardless of circumstances, you're a fool if you enter a conversation with a police officer

  • @BadPanda5 That would explain why the last two times I was ever pulled over I was let go with a warning, because I was naive for "entering into a conversation." I guess I should have taken your advice and refused to answer the officer's questions, and ended up with a couple of traffic tickets.

  • officer wasn't really getting mad, i tend to hate cops, but the driver was maybe a little bit of a douche?

  • Fresh out of law school, know-it-all douche bag. With a voice like that, you won't last a week in court before they chew you up and spit you out.

  • @SillyPuddy2010 I sincerely doubt he went to law school however, what is it specifically that upsets you about the way he handled this encounter?

  • @phildo864 I'm not upset by it, I've actually stood up for this guy's right to act the way he did in the past. But on second viewing I find him to be a douche... Refusing to claim ownership of the vehicle, because he doesn't want to incriminate himself? Kind of impossible, unless the car is stolen. Some people try to be difficult just because they can. And that could negatively effect how an officer approaches someone else who has no intention of behaving the same way.

  • what a stupid cop. He doesnt know a gaddamn thing. What a putz!

  • yea doesnt mater how nice he is, he still needs to recognize your rights

  • The police officer has sworn on his honor to uphold the law and to protect and serve the public. In other words, the officer is currently working at his job.

This person with the video camera should put himself into the officer's shoes and consider what type of person behaves this way. All told, the civilian is just plain rude, obstructive, obtuse, and annoying. There are many better ways to handle this, including the most common way: be polite and help the officer do his job efficiently.

  • @SnootchDog lol u dumb fuck , who is obstructive and annoying? police are pieces f shit and should be gassed

  • @SnootchDog And I am sure "All" cops do this there is no abuse whatsoever from any cop anywhere right??? Just because he wants to exercise his constitutional rights he is an asshole? Maybe we should just throw away all of our rights?

  • @preacher228 Briliant summation of random points that no one anywhere has made, preacher228. Just brilliant. You and MrGeorgeparros16 (below) seem to have a lot in common.

  • Pick your battles? Defending your rights against the New Version of Law Enforcement that thinks it can make up the rules as they go.

  • is that a slivr? fuck yea, i had that shit for 7 years

  • if ur gonna be a douchebag, then the cop is gonna b a douchebag

  • respect my auth-or-it-i!

  • idk y everyone is against you. if you get pulled over you give ur info thats all you have to say. no more.

  • Cop: "I don't know..." lol

  • Rights? What Rights? Pigs dont believe we have rights.

  • good cop . its people like this who harm our rights more than the crooked police..

  • No law against being a jerk people, how many people would rather nitpick over being nice to a cop instead of paying attention to the fact that the jerk was right and the cop was wrong, get over it some people ain't nice, cops are mean to some people too does anyone think of that? no they're just doing their jobs right? They get paid to be jerks but a citizen? That's crazy

  • He was a nice cop, and you're an asshole

  • @JayBriggz Never the cop was being sarcastic before the citizen. Thanks for your comment though....

  • @importfilta BS, watch it again. You look as dumb as the driver, 10 bucks says driver got a ticket yet would deny it to prove his side. The cop was nice, he prolly would have let him go. Say I stole your wallet and got pulled over. Used your id and acted like this sphincter with an officer. You would ask the officer why he didn't test the driver to see if he knew his own age. Ever been a victim of identity theft, think before you type, cuz now you look like the asshole.

  • @JayBriggz no hes not an asshole, hes simply exercising his rights against the officer

  • @CorruptedGov asssssshole got a ticket too i bet

  • @JayBriggz He was a little smug but asshole is a little strong don't you think? Our rights under the constitution are being taken from us all the time. I have to stand up and applaud any effort to assert our HARD earned rights under the constitution. They are so easily lost. Why wouldn't you want to protect your rights??

  • @JayBriggz Lets say the officer in this scenario asked to search this gentlemen's car (if the officer has probable cause, he does not have to ask). I'm assuming that your line of thinking goes something like this. Well he should say yes if he doesn't have anything to hide. This is exactly how are rights are slowly stripped away from us. Pretty soon they won't even have to ask us anymore. Just look at New York's so called stop and frisk practice! It's completely against the fourth amendment.

  • @phildo864 i agree about the search, but he was trying get the person in his vehicle on his way. since the person wanted to be an "asshole" he had to wait longer and likely get a ticket.i avoid tickets all the time because i know my rights yet i'm an extremly nice guy. now if i expressed those right freely like a smug "know it all" , I made the cop feel dumb, yay, but got a ticket and didnt want one.

  • you didnt get his permission to use his image on youtube. So he could get ya for that smart ass

  • There is a big difference of standing up for your rights, and being a jerk...And this guy clearly is following the latter

  • Driver is a jerk, the cop wasn't even intimidating him or violating his rights in any way. He wasn't even mad. Respect for the cop that acted professionally and didn't give into this troll.

  • It's all well and good to know your rights and want to protect them. But you take shit like this and blow it way out of proportion by waving your cock in their face. It would go a lot faster and easier if you just used your brain and co-operated.

  • Wow the cop the doesn't know about anything that a person says can be used against them in the court of law?

  • cop was being really nice. You should come to the south where they are fucking assholes that didn't become a cop for the law, but for the power.

  • I think the d-bag filming has seen one too many YouTube videos of d-bags trying to "flex their rights".

I believe that D-bags like this are a big factor in WHY the cops that are assholes become so.

  • I would recommend that those of you who think he should answer any questions watch this video on youtube named "open carry a gun don't talk to the cops" it shows a law professor explaining why you should not answer ANY questions.

  • Comment removed

  • recorded with a fucking waffle-maker

  • @dontknowawhyyy i like pancakes

  • The officer asked his name and current address and yes they were in the documents but this is a method officers use to verify it REALLY is the person they say they are this is how they caught tim mcveigh. I think if they r asking general questions like what is your name and age go ahead and answer them, but if they start playing 20 questions and you don't feel comfortable flex ur rights.

  • LOL poor cop, honestly all the BS they have to deal with over a day, I understand you are protecting your self by not answering questions and he SHOULD know this stuff but they dont expect ppl to respond like this, so it gets them all flustered and can cause conflicts or further questioning.

  • Well done idiots supporting the cops who steal your money and rights. Bravo idiots. bravo.

  • I thought the cop was being pretty cool. You probably could of received a warning without the attitude. I know you were within your rights, but now you got a ticket. Knowledge is power, but choose your battles wisely.

  • Hey mega PAC person ur mean bro... The police wasn't even sure about laws that he shld know. The guy tapein this sounds pretty AWESOME. don't hate on em. :p

  • Little shit punks like this. Go back to your own fucken country, or follow americas rules of thumb

  • A police officer saying "I dunno". Cheated on his academy exams I guess. Became an officer for ego enlargement. Dumbass officers.

  • the only dumbass in the video was the driver. the officer even started ignoring his asinine questions. the guy thought he was a lawyer but made himself look like a fool. might wanna watch the video again before you go defending the driver, kinda look like a fool yourself

  • this guys a fuckin dumbass

  • usually when you act like a douchebag you end up with tickets

  • It really is government / police vs the public over there isnt it.

  • Typical liberal douche wasting law enforcements time!!!

  • Comment removed

  • 1.11 " I've been winning so far" what do you think this is? a game of who's the biggest penis?

  • that cop is a complete idiot and i don't understand why some of you are calling the driver an ass. Answers to all the questions the cop was asking were all in the documents given to him by the driver. driver's ownership of car can be established through dr lic + registration + ins documents. Driver's address is located on his driver's license, which the cop had. it appears that the cop was more interested in asking needless questions which by some degree is harassment.

  • @gsmooth745 I agree..I think some of these utubers,are police officers,or police lackies(I mean trainees)Sorry..Lol..

  • ... if the cop isn't being a dick... why be an asshole? the guy was clearly just looking for a fight... answer a couple simple questions... if it's you're car, say "yes"... saying "i refuse to make a statement on that" makes you seem suspicious you fuckin idiot!

  • @boredism07 The cop was being decent, but the questions he asked, were unnecessary,as he had all the answers in front of him..

  • 358 people like to have their rights violated! ha ha sheeple!

  • must be cops viewing this mostly ... my guess

  • no questions please. thank you. be nice but on point.

  • @PowerSweepers suck a brown donkey dick hoe, thats what you punks do, suck pigs dicks

  • the drivers a genius, i love this video. all you fools hating are dumbasses, why would you? whats wrong with what he's doin?

  • @vamossandy What's wrong with what he's doing is that it guarantees him a ticket instead of a warning. Maybe in principle it's a good thing to always flex your rights, but you also should look out for yourself and pick your battles.

  • @MidnightWins2 Never heard of a warning before. I've heard of fix-it tickets though, alot lol!

  • Comment removed

  • @importfilta Rest assured that warnings do exist. You can look it up to confirm.

  • driver is a fucking idiot

  • Well done; "I do not consent to searches"

  • lol ... and they wonder why police brutality exist ... such smart ass punks as this mexican is why!!

  • @PowerSweepers citizens are ment to obey the laws not illegal police requests

  • @PowerSweepers Police brutality exists, because bigots, like yourself, are allowed to be police officers. It exists, because criminals, and power hungry bitches, who are still upset at their childhood bullies, and who have small penises that they're angry about, are allowed to become police officers..Not because people exercise their rights. If everyone exercised their rights, poloce brutality, would not exist at all.Because everyone would be making sure it doesn't occur..

  • Fuck that cop, I think people forget how much of a dick they can be to someone on the street!!!

Just like RABIDGNOME1 said, use your rights or lose them!!!

  • I have that phone, its a motorola SLVR

  • use your rights or LOSE them

  • that cop was just doing his job

  • hes just doing his job ya fuckin asshole

  • What if a "nice" cop starts asking "where you coming from?where you headed to?" yada yada yada like they all do? Seems innocent enough and he is being nice right? Wrong! The fact is we have forgotten we have the right to privacy and its none of the cops business. Answering "harmless" questions is how some people end up incriminating themselves or giving the "nice" cop reason to suspect and interrogate further. Thats why they are trained to nicely ask harmless questions.Best to keep quiet.

  • There are many examples of cops gone bad. This isn't one of them. That cop was downright nice. I'm all for checking police power, believe me. But going out of your way to be an idiot isn't the same thing.

  • I like how the law enforcement officer doesn't know the law

  • I hate latinos. Get the fuck out of MY country you illigal alien bastard!! You are a dick!! Go to Mexico and try that shit on the cops over there you asshole!!

  • 0:33 and 1:09...cop says..." I dunno"...I love this cop.....Seems like a good guy....driver ( who may be within his rights) still seems like a jerk...

  • you could have exercised your rights respectfully.

  • You People Are Crazy!! Hitler didn't just all of a sudden take away rights....it was slowly given to him...BECAUSE people cared more about being NICE and safe, than excising their RIGHTS!!! Keep your head in the sand...the next time u sheep come up for air we will be living in a POLICE STATE!!!

  • pppllil: Wow, if this is you in the car than I have no idea why you posted this video. You come across as a huge jerk. It's definitely important to stand up for your rights but you crossed the line, as pertains to simple decency.

If that was your car, say so! If you license you gave him wasn't fake, tell him your age when asked. I hope you racked up a few extra points on your license for bad behavior.

If you have any shame you'll take this video down and never show it to anyone again.

  • @youdoitillwatch they used to be protect and serve now they harrass and arrest

  • @dolophinemej2 I've got a running joke with my friends back home in Florida, where there are a HUGE number of cops and the government (local, county and state ) makes a significant portion of its income from traffic citations.

Instead of "to serve and protect" I've modified that saying to a more apropos:

    "To fine and collect"

  • I have no love for the police but this cop was being totally cool. What an ass. I bet when he decided to record this he thought he would come out looking better.

  • And it's not a matter of rights, it's a matter of human decency. If you did something wrong, you know you did, and the Cop is being nice to you, then just accept what you did. If you don't believe you did something wrong then fight the ticket in court. Don't be a dick to a Cop when [s]he wasn't doing anything besides their job, and being nice to your ass when [s]he didn't have to, because you broke the law. He was trying to make it so it was friendly, and the driver was an asshole about it.

  • @justinormoe what about when ur nice to them and thier prick to u cause all ppl who get pulled over r guilty bull i live where 2 cops got arrested 4 breakin in ppl house ,and stealin guns the police chief i may add

  • I agree with a lot of people on here, that have said the officer was being friendly. If the officer is being friendly and you feel you haven't done anything wrong, then there's no need to worry about incriminating yourself. The driver could have answered his questions and been friendly about it, but instead he decided to make the Cops day a little harder. I'm not a fan of the police, but I can admit when one is being cool or being nice. This Cop did nothing wrong to you. Why punish him for it?

  • lol fuck the police

  • Just because the cop is being nice doesnt mean you should comply or give up your rights. The message seems to be getting twisted. Most people who use their rights are doing so because they can,not to upset the cops or get payback on all the asshole cops. There are many nice cops that dont understand the law or peoples rights and you can help them understand without being rude or disrespectful.I don't think its a matter of good cops or bad ones. All authority should respect the rights of the people.

  • @aandjdusik And just because you have rights doesn't mean that the smart thing to do is be a dick and wave them around when asked the simplest of questions. That applies doubly when the cop you're up against has full discretion to write you a ticket if he wants.

  • @MidnightWins2 I agree that you should be respectful as I stated before.Unfortunately we dont know what may have happened prior to the cam coming on.My point was that using your rights shouldn't be viewed as being a "dick".The easier and "nicer" road would be to answer questions but that doesnt mean you should have to.Also invoking your rights cannot be used against you. If you decide to remain silent it cant be used as probable cause. It doesnt matter if the cop gets mad or not.Just a side note.

  • @MidnightWins2 If it's a right, why not exercise it?In what way is exercising one's rights being a 'dick' ? The police are notorious for asking stupid questions..

  • @MsOluwatoyin Exercising a right isn't inherently being a dick. It's the rude, cocky way he flaunted it. It's pretty obvious that the driver didn't have any genuine concern about incriminating himself. He made a point of being rude and blunt because he wanted to put up a YouTube video where he looked smart.

  • @MidnightWins2 How do you know what the guy was thinking about?I don't see how either of us is in a position to assess what state of mind the guy was in,or his motive(s)It's his right. He can exercise it the way he wants, provided he's not hurting anyone. However rude it seems, there is no law on the books, that forbid rudeness.Cops are rude, egotistical and cocky all the time, although i did not see that in this cop,the man still did nothing for you to be upset about.

  • @MidnightWins2 congrats, you have two top comments, lol

  • I hope the next cop plays the role of an asshole and beats the shit out of you.

  • @MindBeyondAverage Lol.You're upset because he didn't answer your boyfriend's questions ;-D

  • @MsOluwatoyin No. I'm upset because your fat ass mom won't stop begging me to suck my dick. Please tell your dad to fuck her right so she leaves me alone. Thanks.

  • @MindBeyondAverage Awww..The upset utube faggot,is on his period,too..Poor thing..Don't worry..If your behave yourself now,i think your husband is going to take you shopping ;-P

  • @MsOluwatoyin Hahaha... Childish. If "your" behave yourself? Yea, bad grammar. Not worth my time.

  • Looser... the driver... that is

  • @sebas43 Umm..Weren't you listening?The driver won ;-D

  • It's good to study up on the law and have the right on your side, but why not save it for when a dick comes along?

When spewing all that crap on someone who's actually chill you just come across as desperate for a youtube video.

  • @fjoo I agree here too..The cop wasn't really doing anything,except asking silly questions.But,he wasn't being an arsehole.

  • don't listen to any of these people, keep on doing what your doing, it's a shame that the actions of the Majority, reflectr on a few.

  • This is stupid, the cop is just doing his job trying to make his living..you were a bit annoying.

  • Some decent cops will have to deal with dick citizens, just as some good citizens will have to deal with dick cops.

  • Ive treated all cops with respect, and got it in return. Thats not to say they didn't arrest me if I was braking the law, but they would at least let me smoke a cigarette before booking me into the jail.

  • @rambles84 You've been to jail?

  • One thing that bugs me more than a cop that doesn't know shit about the law, is someone who THINKS they know the law.

  • I guess all you sheep would just allow this cop to do whatever. You think they are your friends. They will lie and whatever it takes to make themselves look good and get the information to charge you with a crime. You need to assert your rights when you have an encounter with the police. Everything you say and do will be used against you in court. Remember that!!!! Even if its a traffic violation.

  • just cause a cop dosent know all the laws dosent mean hes a fuck up or cant do his job. in just about every career it takes years of practice and experence to be close to a perfectionist. just some advise for the future..when respect is given , give it in return.

  • WHAT A PRICK YOU ARE! YOUR AFFRAID OF WHAT? YOUR RIGHT TO DRIVE SHOULD BE REVOKED!

  • Wow... dont be an asshole to teh good cops you fucking inbred. I swear, give a man an apple and he'll steal your arm.

  • Anarchy bitchz

  • Quit rebellious bullshit ? It isn't rebellion... It is education :). Is every single person smarter than you a dick-head ? :) It is good to educate police, and it's good to piss them off - as that may trigger a little bit of consciousnes. TO THE AUTHOR OF THE CLIP - GOOD WORK :D:D

  • Dude, its rude to hassle the cops.

  • All of you saying the driver is being a dick is correct, but the fact is that there is no law against being a dick. He was well within his rights and doing nothing illegal. When you get pulled over, act however you wish.

  • he mad

  • This is the reason why innocent people get fucked with by cops..Because of camera happy dick heads like you!!..If your innocent and have nothing to hide..Then give him your proper I.D and shit..Then your on your way home..Quit the dumb shit Youtube rebellious Bullshit!

  • @SuperPacman66 I agree, just trying to start trouble, he needs to get a life!!!

  • That driver is being a dick

  • @ezethan2009 most cop act like dick

  • Pick your battles. Yes you have rights, but at least be respectful. PS your grammar is a joke. If you're going to go toe-to-toe with the police learn how to fucking speak.

  • hahahaha i dunno but that cop seemed pretty chilled at the beginning.. he looked like a dude who would let you off with a warning if u be chilled with him but the driver just pissed away his chances by unessesarily "flexing his rights" against the cop... so what happens? cop flexes his own rights RIGHT back at him by slapping him with a fine! whos winning now bitch??? lmaoo

  • This kids grammar pisses me off.

  • He never gets a warning this guy, always a ticket. Why be a dick? It's just a traffic stop.

  • using his 2002 Cellphone.

  • Get an android phone or smart phone... Lol but thats cool that u you know ur rights

  • dumbass beaner

  • Pretty ballsy clip but my friend has you beat... he refused to answer questions, looked into the camera and said "how ya like this motherfucker" then pepper sprayed the driver!

He said its alot easier to falsify an arrest in order to retrieve a memory card off someone in hand-cuffs then it is fucking with the dash-cam's hard drive caged and locked in the trunk of the squad.

  • @baychecks100 Your friend who falsifies arrest reports, does he wonder why more police officers are being shot and killed now than before? Or does he not make the connection between cops being crooked and people deciding to kill cops?

  • did u feel so smart when u had to pay the fine. Who actually won....money out of your pocket dumbass
