Anyone else see that Ekmu5 said 3 years ago that it cost $8 million, then 2 years ago it was $12 million. Either this is the first boat new boat in history to appreciate in value, or there is something fishy going on. Since it's well known that boats are just holes you throw money into I think their is something fishy going on with the numbers.

The upkeep on yachts are about 15% of the valuet. so the more expensive the higher the upkeep.

Everytime you fill it with diesel your about 5000 dollars less. Something to bare in mind before contemplating buying. You have to be mega comfortable to enjoy such a toy. It certainly looks well made though.

I prefer the 50 / 60 meter + yachts, but this is stunning. Beautiful design inside and out.

The interior is just superb with plenty of space.
