Geez the prices for these are just downright absurd nowdays. Thanks alot, showroom synth collectors and ripoff dealers, because of you I will never land a good deal on a cool synth again.
Hmm, boyafraid0 - is your life that empty you have to go round cyber bullying people?
Try finding some friends, getting out a bit, smiling, being tolerant. If you don't know the meaning of those words there are some very good English language websites you could go and insult too.
@Wolfymusic1 I know this comes late, but what's the issue with it? It should be fairly easy to fix because it mostly uses fairly common components and you can find the schematics online as well.
I got one of these from a pensioner in Bristol for £80 who thought it was going to sound like an organ. It was great sounded like a medieval synth all ring modulated and woody with great knob description like brilliance and three noise types
Only problem is older analog synthesizers untune fast; Because back then they didn't have heat-proof computer chips so they'd melt and untune. It can get a bit aggravating, so make sure you keep it in a good, cooler place. Other than that, it's AWESOME.
@motleycruekid191 - i own lots of this old gear, believe me: tuning is the very smallest problem. In fact i don´t have any problems with this old synths. They sound great and are the pur pleasure every day. My old Gibson has tuning problems and my three months old digital amplifier seems to crack today, that are problems witch hurt my heart.
By the way, the real twigglers will ask you: WHAT THE FxxK IS TUNING? Cheers Martin
Reminds me of a 1950's sci fi B movie. An allien flying saucer control panel, and the spaceship sound. '' Earthlings, we come in peace.'', take us, to your leader.'' Great Demo. Thanks for posting. LOL .
Anyone knows how to accomplish hard sync on the 770? That's the only thing that's missing aside from ringmod and double filters.

It's got such a dirty sound, love it! The Human League track Being Boiled sort of thing.

@motleycruekid191 I didn't think they melted. Rather, the heat messed with impedance.

So what if they go out of tune a bit. Dont be over produced. Be a bit more dirty... or go back and use your auto-tune software.

There's a few sounds on this that I could use. If I could get my hands on one and lay down some tracks on a tape.

Sorry it's not the end of TIGHTROPE by ELO. It's the last 5 seconds of MISSION ( A WORLD RECORD) by ELO.

6:48-6:50 sounds just like the end of TIGHTROPE by ELO

This is a very versatile synth, with tons of features for the price. As used by the (early) Human League.
