I can't begin to express how much I miss this series. I personally didn't like 4 all that much, but 1-3 were and remain to this day some of my most played games of my entire childhood, with Zero being my favorite hero. I fucking miss him so much... never played zx advent but with all due respect I don't care about any of those characters like I care about Zero, X, and ceil.

It can sound better for all you wish but it just wouldn't fit with "original Zero".

This song is a final product of all of Zero's hard work, all of his sacrifices, all of his anger and frustration all dished out against his one final enemy.

The "original zero" did not accomplish this during its time and therefor this song would not represent him all too well. Original Zero and this Zero are the same but completely different, a matter of time.

I think this theme is one of the best Megaman boss themes ever, the Sorrow, Anger, determination, and regret that was in Zero himself. He let it all out and destroyed Wiel with it, This theme perfectly fits the emotions for the fight, and Zero's last words, it's just like Zero, never go down without a fight, and even kill himself to save humanity and the last bit of nature, it shows that Zero was a true hero, and more of a human then Wiel. and yes, I know he's a reploid.

Today I was playing Megaman Zero 4(collection edition),while slacking at uploading the drama tracks I promised a Weil (teehee pun) ago, and it brought back the memories of this awesome song.

The drama, the anger, his determination, everything that was left in Zero bursted out when the song played and you saw Zero face his final enemy.

The feeling I got from that was just amazing.

Awesome how games and series can do this to a human.

I do agree that Zero's death was kind of a bummer. Although it's great to see Zero showing his true colors (saying he isn't a hero, but contradictingly doing what he isn't saying he is, but sacrificing himself like he always does), but you have to remember that his honor was on the line. Weil called his ass out ("Do you have it in you to defeat me?"), Zero responded with those famous words, and thus set in motion the scene that changed the Megaman series, forever...
