  • did it come with the stuff to make it remote controll??

  • How much did you pay for this? Please answer cause I wanna buy it

  • what company is this plane?

  • nice WW1 plane

  • How well does it fly?

  • sexy

  • Nice! I built a Guillow's Fokker Dr 1 in 1969. I bet the kit looks more or less the same still.

  • Love your plane very much! What kind of engine does it have? Are the alleron, rudder and elevator very hard to construct?

  • you have the same one as me i got it in modelzone

  • wow. that is actually extremely impressive! about how much did it cost you to set it all up? i know some of that micro stuff is still pretty high in price. i fly nitro kits .40-.60 size, im anti-ARF so i know i can build it and fab all the parts no problem, but im not sure i could handle a plane that tiny in the air!

really awesome work, the covering is great too! keep it up!

  • how did you cut/hinge the ailerons

    thank you,

    rockonmyfriend

  • Jewel case wheel chocks! :)

  • nice work dude

  • i building this one right now!!

  • Any tips on the electric motor installation?

  • That is super nice, how long did it take to build?

  • this one takes about 30-60 hrs

  • cool ! very nice job ! She is beautiful.

  • I built one of these once. Someone actually stole it. Nice job!

  • Let's see it in the air! Got a stadium nearby?

  • this Fokker Dreidecker is drop dead gorgeous. you've done the Baron proud i'm sure. congratulations sir

  • this is pure awesomeness!!!! what kind of servos, transmitter/receiver, battery did you use? do you have a movie of the test flight?

  • i bought a guillows DR.1 and need some help, how do i seperate the rudder thing

  • one question, what the hell is Ucontrol

  • very good 5/5

  • ay my girl freinds dad gave me his old fokker dr-1 because he nose dived it in to the ground its so badly damiged that i cant repar it but if any of you guy r willing to help it would great?

the plain had a 480 brushless in it just to you an ida on how hard it hit the ground

  • these are hard to build i have a fw 190 its a pain in the rear

  • If you want tight tissue you need to mist the tissue, it will shrink nice and tight provided you did a descent job of covering it in the first place.

  • i used to have this kit! but my ex broke it by shooting it down with an air rifle while i was flying it... shouldnt have let her train with the police :[

  • Guillows got the lines right and most of the rest of the kits and ARFs do not. By all means get some flying video up here and tell us Wattflyers how you did it. We'll want to imitate

    (flatter) your work!

  • Great job. I am currently building this kit. What electrics and RC components did you use?

  • very impressive...I could never get my covering on my Guillows to look good.

  • can u please tell me what r/c components you used? t.y.

  • i think u did a better job than i could ever do but please shows flight vids

  • Thanks everyone. It's covered in Tissue, and I have flown it now. I need to get the video on here.

  • please tell us what is your secret on keeping putting on the tissue to look that good...

  • Very nice job. I built one for static years ago, still have it. What did you cover it with, tissue?

  • i have a electricifly fokker and it rocks but it seems to me that you guillows one is alot better than mine i love it

  • Nice job!

  • great job!

  • excelent job

  • great job, I built one just a few weeks ago but mines just rubber band powered

  • i have a guillow's kit too, but is a piper tomahawk 1/2A scale, im on the building process, it's a beautifull model, but this focker dr-1 stills quite beautifull too, im going to use an electric engine on it, because it's easier to operate. im from argentina and i have 15 years old.

sorry if i had a writing mistake.

    cya

  • Did you make this yourself, or is it a kit plane ? Its beautiful.

  • it's a kit by guillow's. i'd just google their website to see if you can find the kit online.

takes a lot of patience adn time to build one though. ^_^

  • The AMA is for old folks and agnostics. A monopolistic company. Never join a gas club they will deny use of the runway for an electric.

  • im not one for scale models but thats amazing!

  • Where are the cabane struts? I built that as a static 25 years ago, still hanging.

  • That is absolutely beautiful! How does she fly? Looks like a lot of elevator throw. Your workmanship is amazing! I'd love to see a clip of it flying.

  • me too!

  • cool
