@Smythe705 just my honest opinion. And every year the high pitched scream sounds more and more dumb... they should just stick with the low growl it would make the songs soooo much better. But also instrumentally this album really stinks. All this being said, I definitely liked Awaken the Dreamers the best. So maybe next album will be better.

I could hardly count any proper high pitched scream in this album, at least not like the ones from the first album. yes instrumentally it may be less musically "advanced" than before, and a bit repetitive on a couple of songs. but metal is not always about making the most technical song possible, sometimes good powerful songs are what's the best

Awaken the Dreamers was by far the best All Shall Perish album IMO but the new album does too much of the high pitched stuff and doesn't really have any unique-sounding songs.
