  • DINOSAURS ARE FEATHERED!!!JURRASIC PARK IS 1990s CRAP!

  • thumbs up if ur watching this naked

  • Fluffy?

  • I KNEW THEY HAD FEATHERS! DAMN JURASSIC PARK

  • I preffer the Reptilian version, there are theory who Raptors have feathers but i preffer the non-feathers version ... and his foot is very weird with a spike, there's a Raptor claw in the foot options!

  • cool

  • I have more realistic raptor but i dont know how to but the vid in youtube D: of spore

  • So animals in spore just walk inside a circle? I have heard very good things about the games creation stuff but if you create a flying spaghetti monster, you can only see it float in a porch sized clearing?

  • @omgtkseth No. this is just the veiw mode. you can go into the world and do what you please.

  • Cool, except one thing. what's on their leg?!

They dont have spikes over foot...

They have only big nail on their big toe...

  • awesome

  • Wow! Looks very good with feathers and your description is nice.

  • very nice, it looks very realistic, its the eyes make it look toony, but still very impressive.

  • some had feathers it depended on the climate

  • Velociraptor is not simply inferred to have feathers based on its relatives. The forelimbs have feather-anchoring "quill knobs" on them.

  • We have no proof any dino had feathers.

  • I don't think they had feathers .... but if you think so that's right.

  • Did that velociraptor just bark?

  • omg whats ur spore name??? if u have one :)

  • wrong color

  • @kackiz LOL! like you would know! nobody knows what color dinosaurs actually were, they only guess.

  • @kackiz lol do you know the real one and only velociraptor color?? tell us please!!!

  • @HQrecords1 ok i will

the real colours of the velociraptor are:

    they were white and red.

kinda like under they were white on the belly and up they were red on the back

    that's all i know

if you want to know more dino colours go to the nat. geo website and search there

  • @HQrecords1 they were white on the belly and red on the back.

    that's all i know.

if you want to know more dino colours go to the Nat geo website and search there.

BTW: velociraptors DID had feathers, otherwise we wouldn't know their real colours

  • GOOD!

  • shouldve said it was a utahraptor so everyone could shut up about its size

  • @ weare and perdinskee.

Velociraptors were about 3-4 feet tall.

I've done a bit of research cause I'm writing a novel involving the species.

  • @Raptoman822 Even that is an oversizement. They were little over 50cm. 1ft = ~0.33m.

  • There is a foot the has the one deadly claw like the raptor so you could of used it instead of a spike.

  • is this a game?

  • real raptors were actually the size of that baby one. they were the same height as a fire hydrant or somehting like that

  • noooooooooo. most raptors where about 6-10 feet

  • Not velociraptors, my friend. They were hardly bigger than a turkey. Utahraptors, on the other hand, would fit your height description. Steven Spielberg did the dromaeosaurs a great injustice with Jurassic Park, by taking these nimble almost avian predators and making them something different, and not nearly as cool.

  • actually to add a little to the REAL raptors, they actually do have wing feathers, as a matter of fact it is thought that they bore 14secondaries.

in another note, model is great, you did a great job at replicating the V. Mongo

  • The baby is so cute (and a little annoying)

  • more like Oviraptor

  • thank you for actually knowing what a raptor looks like. IT DID HAVE FEATHERS

  • certain species did

  • lawl i no i hate when i say that some dinosaurs had feathers and get a look like am a retard and ate lead paints chips as a kid

and a side note the chicken is the closest living relative to the T-Rex

  • No...ALL birds are the closest living relative of T-Rex.

  • but the chicken is the closest to my knowledge

  • Assuming that all birds diverged from the theropod line from a single common ancestor, then rabbidguy is correct: no modern bird species is any more or less closely related to Tyrannosaurus than any other. You're probably thinking of a study that found collagen fibers in a Tyrannosaurus bone similar to those found in chickens, which I believe were simply the only birds used for comparison in the study.

  • you can actually get raptor claws on spore with the toe claw!

  • I like the feathers, although the feathers found on raptors were much smaller and didn't look like flight feathers.

  • THATS SO CUTE!!! reminds me of Raptor Red the book except in the book there are utahraptors... but ANYWAYS like whenever Raptor Red's sister would scream at something, her chick would pitch in and scream to its SO cute

  • how did you even come up with that wtf lol

how does this relate to britney spears at all

  • AWESOME

  • You stupid motherfucker! Dinosaurs can have feathers on their head!! How u know they r bald???? U think they r all bald cuz u play and watch too much movies!

  • Lol, that is a good song. "Stupid Motherfucker"

  • HAHAH :D:D Good one.. :DDD

  • @donaldlolwut maybe in jurassic park but you should get some mor info before you write stuffs

  • its called a game :) wiseguy

  • how u get to it? me n00b me know that much and u r awsome!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @xxxxPsycoSpotxxxx "realistic"

  • the are a lot of raptors, most of them with feathers like this one lived in the deserts

  • Velociraptor do have feathers you god damn stupid Jurassic Park fanboys !

Fucking Spielberg increased the sise of the Velociraptor for dramatic reasons, and took away the feathers. He fucked up the dino-world forever !

  • No he didnt, jurassic park came out before the feathered dinosaurs was ever thought up, and the raptors in JP were based on deinonychus and yes scaled up for dramatic reasons, he didn't fucked up the dino-world because it came out BEFORE our latest findings and i still say: paleontology's words are worthless because dinosaurs are long gone and they keep coocking up stupid theories about how they lived and how physics affected them that's bullshit, dinosaurs could walk around physics like that.

  • read the previous comment dumbass, the guy accused spielberg of fucking up the dino world, when the feathered dinosaurs theory first became official after JP2 came out

  • And i didn't said iuseless, paleontology cooked up that stupid theory about the t-rex being a scavanger and not be able to hunt not i, i would laugh my ass off if after all these finds, someone invented a time machine go to the dinosaur world, and see t-rex do a 20 meters jump into the air and do a roundhouse kick to the head of a sauropod or even shoot a fireball at it, i know what you gonna say "that would be impossible" how do you know? were you there, its about HARD evidence, live dinosaurs

  • Raptros is right because by JP3 they added the raptor with feathers.

  • yeah, in the making of they say they wanted to make the raptor more close to the most recent finds, which were the feathers found in some dromeosauread fossils, still the feathers on jp3's raptors kinda remind me of talon from primal rage

  • true but they still kept the velociraptors 2 big, and the fossils found had imprints of feathers on their arms and basically everywhere else, not flight feathers though, probably 2 keep them warm, and the feathers on their head werent really feathers, more like spikes in JP3

  • only very few specimens of rapter have been found with markings they only believe to be feathers, and they believe that if they are feathers they would have been used to help manouvering ie turning more swiftly

  • Wow, you really blow things out of proportion, don't you? Maybe you're the one that should think before typing rather than talking out your ass. Raptros didn't say anything that wasn't correct, and he certainly didn't say that knowing it was useless. He just said that it is diffucult to know for sure as it was so long ago. -_-

  • @raptros actually feathered dinos were theorized well before JP, *cough*Archaeopteryx*cough*

  • @maximaldinotrap well yes the discovery of Archeopteryx did lead to many new questions and findings and id did came before JP but the whole thing about feathered raptors was so little that nobody even bothered with it come on even walking with dinosaurs showed non-feathered raptors... unless utah raptors didn't have as many feathers as the other raptors...

  • @bngfng yep well the late ones did soem early ones prob diddnt

  • @bngfng Who gives a fuck?

  • @bngfng Wll at the time the first movie was made the common ideas of a velociraptor were diffrent than we know now, other than size, but by the time 3 came out they kind of just had to stick with the same style. But yes because of those movies many people do not know about the Feathers or the size diffrence. In the end though the excuse they are lab made clones with spliced DNA can answer it for the movie.

  • this is a Spore Non-real Velociraptor

  • heres a small tip. if you put a insect mouth (pincer things) on it but face it inside the body so you cant see it, you get the velociraptor squealy kind of voice like in the jp movies as well as the original roar

  • no. not a raptor. no feathers.

  • raptors do have feathers, only a few like utahraptor dont >:(

  • ...in the movies :)

    Lol - they do have.

  • yes they do you retard obviously you no nothing about dinosaurs. only the largest of raptors dont have feathers like utah raptor, deinonychus etc and smaller ones DO have feathers like velociraptor, troodon, dromeosaurus

  • @Sporeist YES THEY DO... in them movies thay dont but late ones had them... like cainori said

  • @Sporeist Actually it has been discovered from fossilized dirt imprints around the raptors bones that they did indeed have feathers.

  • @Sporeist Yes they did.

  • what spore game is this?

  • oh shit i didnt see the nail xDDD sorry

  • that isnt a velociraptor

  • When I first looked at the things on Velociraptor I had no idea what they were but now I know. THEY'RE FEATHERS.

  • best yet, I love your work on SPORE

  • Thats one cool veloicraptor

  • it is SPORE not ZOO TYCOON and it IS NOT FAKE

  • it looks more like a miniraptor to me.

  • FINALLY A REALISTIC RAPTOR! A-hem. Sorry....

  • working on your paleontology i see...

  • that looks more an oviraptor

  • a little i guess... oh well

  • Nice version off Velociraptor. I have one in my vid Dinorock but this one looks really great and moste important: realistic. 5 star bonus. ;)

  • He's cool, I made one but this is better.

I like how you used horns for claws.

  • That's very good! I would love to have raptors on my planet!

  • Well at least some - did.

  • Zoo tycoon 2 velociraptor similarities.

  • Think you might use somthing like this for your main creature in spore?

  • Its safe to say that not all dromaeosaurids (or commonly known as raptors) have feathers. Some of them did, while other didn't. I guess feathers is an example of convergent evolution, which animals of different species evolve the same feature (like that of the cat "Smilodon" and the marsupial "thylacosmilus", very different species but both have long saber teeth, for killing larger megafauna). Feathers evolved to help the reptiles to keep warm.

  • actually, we don't know if all dromeasaurs had feathers. and all ceulosaurs [other than ornithamimids] atleast had one species found with feathers.

  • Thanks - See the new one - check my channel.

  • Nice to see more feathered Spore raptors! I hate all the inaccurate scaly ones. :p I have a Deinonychus and an Archaeopteryx, myself.

Only critique of it is the orientation of the hands - in reality they ought to be oriented with the palms facing each other, rather than towards the ground.

  • Thank you - check the other ones on my channel :) far better.

  • awesome job! :D

  • great I will do that - thank you.

  • Looks good.

Personally, i dont like the choice of feathers, but who know how they really looked ^^

But somehow the feet seem to be a bit to short. Or rather, the whole thing looks too big, rather like a Deinonychus. I´d lower the head and raise the tail a little. But anyway, definetely one of the better raptor out here :)

  • I'm fairly certain that Velicoraptor fossils have been found in recent years with feathers clearly visible.

  • Thank you. It was my favorite - now I like the leopard :)

  • thats really good.

    Very impressive.

  • Definitely the most realistic one I've seen.

  • check the images :) top left for link.
