This was at the Paramount Theater In Oakland California: One of the great concerts of all time. I was there - single best concert I've ever attended anywhere, anytime. Three hours with 13 encores.

This is not from 1999. It's from Oakland, April 96, a benefit concert for a friend of Tom's named Don Hyde. The whole 32 song set is available in a great quality bootleg for those who like to look around. :)
