  • This series is great for people with disabilities who maybe aren't strong enough to do "regular" yoga, or who have trouble getting down to and up from the floor. I think it is also good for ANYONE...challenging, especially for those who may be out of shape.

  • I think thee is a potential to put a strain on the back

  • If that woman has osteoporosis and falls out of that chair, she is at a real risk for a break. Having both feet off the floor at once is pretty risky.
