  • Hey YoyoMax12, you know a good idea? You can stick lollipop sticks in them and instead of them being chocolate chip cookie dough truffles, they could be cookie dough pops!!

  • Yummy! This recipe is close to one I used as filling for chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes, which got rave reviews! I'll have to 'give em a try'! ;)

  • i dont know how to exsplain in the sugar wasnt soft it was clumpy in the bag so it was like a wierd texture but i got it to work but now there just to sticky to roll and i left them in the fridge for 2 hours.. so think im gonna get new sugar and try it again i keep adding a little more flour so its not so sticky so i will have to see how they come out

  • @shopcheapandfree The brown sugar I use is called "golden" here (we also have a dark brown sugar too). The sugar was lumpy or the mix was?

  • @shopcheapandfree They have condensed milk in them and they aren't cooked, so it is safer to keep them refrigerated. They would be okay out on a serving tray for a bit

  • @d0nth4t30nthis i know that there's a suck thing as sweetened condensed soymilk. you would probably be able to use that if you could find it. i once read that they have it at walmart. worst case senario, you could always order some for delivery online.

  • @gabiontube These are not to be baked, that's why they are called cookie dough truffles. Never used granulated chocolate before, any chocolate that you can melt and use as a coating should be okay.

  • @supernovax0x The problem with the regular choco chip cookie dough is that it contains raw eggs and they can be dangerous to eat

  • @thaostrong They are cookie dough truffles, not cookie balls. They would flatten to cookie shape when baked and wouldn't be cookie dough.

  • the melted chocolate in bags, can you explain that a little? Did you melt the chips before hand and then place in the bags?

  • @czintx I melt the chocolate right in the bag in the microwave at 50% power for a few seconds at a time

  • I don`t know what the people below me are talking about because I have made this recipe twice now and I`m gonna make it again sometime this month because it`s so good, it tastes just like cookie dough and the dough is not wet at all it`s the way the dough turned out in the video. I love it!!

  • @starbux05 I don't understand your question, you can take them out of the fridge to serve them, obviously. The may sweat a little until they come to room temperature but should be okay after that. Once the chocolate is set, it won't melt unless it is heated

  • @lilxklo The recipe doesn't have an actual "expiry" date listed on it. Personally, I would keep them in the fridge for up to a week or so.

  • Does sweetened condensed milk come from small cows with good dispositions? Also, is pair of fin wax cruelty free, or is it made of real fins?  *winks*

  • i heard on the news recently you can still get sick from uncooked flour -just because there isnt raw eggs doesnt mean it is still safe raw cookie dough

  • @valcomer79 The news article talked about e. coli contaminated flour that showed up in commercial cookie dough. ANY food can be contaminated including vegetables like green onions and bean sprouts.  You are taking a risk eating any raw food.

  • @luciedee It is too time consuming for me to do this for each recipe. Print out a conversion chart from the internet of the common ingredients you use, there are many out there.

  • @xlilradzx6 I used a golden (I guess that would be light brown) sugar, but I don't think it would make much difference if you only had the dark on hand

    2. You can make a regular cookie recipe and use that dough instead of the sweetened condensed milk (if you use the pasteurized eggs.

    3. With the eggs in the dough in the refrigerator no more than a week.

  • @iitsc I bought them at our local bulk food store called "The bulk barn" they sell candy making supplies there. Or you could just get a plastic fork and simply break off the middle tines.
