Frank had a big role in the financial crisis, due to the way he dealt with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The government should also regulate and dictate health care to you according to Frank. But that's okay with a secret FED we can just rack up as much debt as we want, building liquidity by having a secretive private fed that isn't accountable to congress, and isn't tied down by accountability to congress so it can enter secret relations with foreign central banks as it pleases
