  • One person drank the sand because he didn't know the difference.

  • ahhhh this is the greatest!

  • and when they discover there's no water, they'll drink the sand.

  • During the last few seconds of this clip he looks remarkably like George Washington. Was he intended to?

  • The Michael J. Fox character is basically playing George Stephanopholis in this film.

  • at this point he had been living with Parkinson's for 5 yrs properly Dx for 4... he has gone on to not only question our political leaders but challenge them on behalf of so many living with Parkinson's Disease! Kudos!! And yeh He definitely stole this scene!!

  • can someone pls upload this movie or can some please tell me where to find it in youtube

  • @joykallummoodan1 - try Vuze.com - you can usually find any movie there - if your computer doesn't have a dvd player download divXplayer as well - have fun...

  • Lewis, we've had presidents who were beloved, who couldn't find a coherent sentence with two hands and a flashlight. People don't drink the sand because they're thirsty. They drink the sand because they don't know the difference.

  • Not a big fan of the movie but I like MJF's speech here.

  • Michael J. Fox stole this whole fucking movie.

  • Great movie and this is without a doubt, the best scene. Michael J. Fox is just incredible in this scene

  • that one too sir

  • "The President doesn't answer to you."

"Oh, yes, he does, AJ, cus I'm a citizen. This is my President. And in this it is not only premisable to question our leader, but it is our responsibility."

The best line in a movie that speaks the truth. Good Job MJF.

  • Sad that 99% of politicans have forgotten that.

  • Abudi. to me, this means bush.

  • "We've had Presidents who were beloved, who couldn't find a coherent sentence with two hands and a flashlight."

A shot at Reagan? Just saying...

  • bush. definitely, he's talking about bush

  • Movie was made before Bush. I think the writers had Reagan in mind.

  • absofuckinglutely, someone shouldve said what Fox said about 264 million not giving a fuck about his life, but giving a damn about thier own, from 2000 to 2008 to that egotistical son of a bitch, who for all i care can rot in hell for the shithole he let the US become all those years before Obama took over (THANK GOD)

  • @chrisbrown456 Chris...obama doesn't give a crap about anyone else he has his own agenda..it's I I I I ME me me me every other word out of his mouth is selfish, arrogant and conceited!

  • @Piper1058 Bush was one of those "Good Ol' Boy" Republicans who lined the pockets of Madoff and the rest of Wall St and fuck all to the middle class,Bush, his entire family, and Republicans in general are greedy bastards who can go to the Afghan mountains with the towelheads so we can nuke those fuckers out of existance once and for fucking all

  • Remember just before they have sex? Andy also said... "If I was Eisenhower I'd be dead by now..."

it's really what makes this movie so entertaining....

  • This has got to be the best display of the president's life in fiction ever made! Love this movie.

  • I love thgis movie. A romance that is clever, witty and inspirational! Without compromise I will wait a lifetime for this kind of a romance! I want a leader in my home! I am no longer satisfied by drinking sand! I do know the difference now!

  • This movie is my favourite one! I love it!

  • I love this movie...and I'm a conservative. Made by the same people who wrote the West Wing, an excellent series.

  • Is there anyone that have the entire movie and can upload it in parts? There would be huge viewers!!

  • This is my mother's favorite movie!

  • Awsome movie and an awsome scene.

  • I like this movie, but I'm more of a 'West Wing' fan so it feels funny to watch somebody sits behind that desk while Martin Sheen is present in the room. Hehehe...

  • One of my favorite Rob Reiner movies including The Bucket List!

  • yeah boy, this is probably my favorite part of the movie too and has got to be one of Fox's best scenes ever

  • "can't find a coherent sentence with two hands and a flashlight". Bush what?

  • But you see, Shepherd said those presidents were beloved...not in Bush's case lol

  • key word beloved--by process of elimination that eliminates bushy...circle ronny...you have your winner...great scene..a time when actors earned their insane salaries on pure talent...

  • I'm not one for "chick flicks" but this is a excellent movie.
